Worst experience I have ever had. There is no lobby, just a bullet proof window to speak through where you can barely even hear them. Had to walk back to the bullet proof window 3 times within 20 minutes on day 1 of my stay because the room key kept deactivating. Only after the 3rd time did the lady tell me that if they get ANYWHERE near an electronic device, the key deactivates. I've never heard of that. Even after keeping the key far away from any electronics, I still had to get it reactivated 5 more times throughout my stay; almost every day. They actually had the nerve to suggest that I didn't know how to open a hotel room door so I even took a video showing them it wasn't working. Once I got in the room, there where cockroaches; poop and blood stains on the sheets; and black stains on almost all of the towels. House keeping never came to my room (stayed for a week) so I had to track them down with their cart just to get basic necessities like toilet paper and soap. Don't even try the wifi because it's useless. Spoke with the owner about my horrible experience upon check out and she tells me that "we could have addressed these issues at the time but you didn't bring them up." Regardless of when I bring it up, what are you prepared to do about it? She just shrugs her shoulders. I ask her specifically what she would have done to address it at the time and all she could say on repeat like a broken record is "well we could have addressed this at the time." Clearly wouldn't have done anything to address it. I had already killed the roaches so what exactly would you have done? Given me another room? That would have been my 3rd room since getting there. Why would I want another room? So I have to tear that room apart looking for more roaches as well? Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. WILL BE speaking with health department.

I totally understand you get what you pay for, but this was probably the first time I’ve ever stayed anywhere and felt this grossed out. I needed a last minute room close to OAK airport to fly out for work the very next morning. Upon arrival, I was given a room with a broken door latch. Traveling solo, I like to ensure that all locks and latches are intact. The first room had no latch so I went bk to the front desk to tell them and ask for a room with a door latch. I was sent to a second room. I should have just stayed in the first one bc the second was worse. Although there was a door latch, the door was filthy and mold ridden. The entire room had mold throughout. At this point, I wanted to just find somewhere else to stay. The room was hot and muggy. I turned the AC unit on. Even though the buttons were missing, this was prob the best feature of the room besides the bathroom sink. The towels were sketchy looking as well. Whomever ā€œcleanedā€ this room surely missed the dirty rag hanging over the shower bar. I’m pretty sure it was left by the other guest. The towels were thrown on the rack and disheveled as well. The room / inn needs a major overhaul and health inspection. I rarely leave ā€œbadā€ reviews, but this was necessary. Again, I paid $75 for the night but didn’t expect such a scene. The front desk staff was pleasant and accommodating and even brought me an iron to the room. I was told the rooms are supposed to have irons and ironing boards but mine didn’t. I ironed on the bed. I did chk for bed bugs (I do this at every hotel no matter how many stars) and the coast was clear as far as I could see and tell. I won’t stay here ever again and hope they take these concerns seriously as mold affects ppls health. If not for the front staff, this would prob have been a 1 star review.

we were just tired after the 12 hour road, that's why we stayed at this hotel and found the nearest one. it was a terrible experience. Firstly, they asked for all the data - home address, phone number, license plates. secondly, a deposit of $ 100. for which - it’s not clear at all. thirdly, the rooms are terribly dirty and everything needs repair, linen with cigarette holes, towels are thin, water hardly flows from the tap. people stand along the common corridor and just smoke, although signs forbidding smoking hang everywhere. fourthly, access to the Internet. this was the first time we encountered such a problem. upon check-in, we were given only one password for the Internet, which only works on ONE device. and at work we needed to connect 2 laptops, a tablet and a phone. the fact that there is no free access and there is a restriction on the number of connected devices is not written anywhere when booking and paying, otherwise we would simply not have settled in this hotel. I had to fight with the manager for 15 minutes and ask for another code to do the job. and then he didn’t want to go and I wanted to pay for it. that is, they did not indicate this on their website, but do I have to pay for it? I do not understand. the staff did not make concessions at all and completely refused to solve the problem. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Listed amenities on motels website are literally non existent, water pressure for the shower was little to nothing, couldn't even wash the shampoo and conditioner out of my hair, upon entering my room multiple flying bugs in room and bathroom. Even before getting my room key had to wait 25 mins at the night window after ringing the bell for service and no one was in sight, door to my room was so stuck to the door jam I had to practically ram my whole body to open the door to get in, bugs flying all over the bathroom and tissues and toilet paper, mini refrigerator would not close and nothing stayed cold. Supposedly a non smoking establishment, but numerous people were out on the balconies smoking and throwing cigarette butts all over off the balconies, the trash can directly outside of my room was overflowing with nasty old food and smelled. Honestly, I really just wanted a comfortable place to rest as I just finished a 5 days straight testing for Covid-19 Patient's and quarantining. Not only are almost every hotel and motel in San Francisco are taking and filled with sick Patient's I had no choice but to drive across the bridge to find a reasonable priced place with real Amenities but not here, I was so upset by just the shower and the water pressure was nothing and I couldn't rinse any if the Shampoo and conditioner out of my hair, nor my body wash, had to finish my shower with baby wipes, also the fact this establishment spends money on signs and other stuff to deter smoking my whole floor smelled like Marijuana all night til the morning, I Barely got 2 hours of sleep and had no cold beverage due to fridge not closing all the way, the horrible overwhelming smell of Marijuana and Cigarettes cause me to Unfortunately now Suffering from the worst Migraine in addition to no sleep. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED, VERY TIRED, NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST, ALSO RESERVED ROOM AND HAD ASKED FOR A BOTTOM FLOOR ROOM AS A SPECIAL REQUEST AND WAS EMAILED BACK WITH A YES TO MY REQUESTING AND OTHER REQUEST DUE TO MY HEALTHCARE WORKER STATUS AND MY LAST WEEK WORKING 10 HOUR SHIFTS. THIS WAS MY ONLY DAY OFF AND I SPENT THE LAST $80 ON THIS ROOM, EVEN THOUGH US HEALTHCARE WORKERS ARE STILL WORKING, WE ARE NOT PAID NEARLY ENOUGH AND ALMOST THREE TIMES LESS THAN THOSE ON UNEMPLOYMENT, SO UNFORTUNATELY I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED MY PAYCHECK IN ORDER TO RESERVE ANOTHER ROOM EITHER HERE OR ANYWHERE FOR THAT MATTER. OH AND DUE TO ME BEING A HEALTHCARE WORKER, I CAN NOT STAY WITH ANYONE I DON'T ALREADY LIVE WITH NOW, SO I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO FIND A ROOM WHEN I DO GET A DAY OFF LIKE I HAVE TODAY. VERY UNHAPPY, TIRED, HUNGRY, ANGRY HEALTHCARE WORKER AND...

The room size of this motel is so small that I wonder if it is legitimate to have such a tight space. The room I had was 2-beds and no smoking but the room smelled so bad and management refused to give me a different room.||||The breakfast area is pretty spacious and a big contrast to the rooms. This is the first motel I ever have that serves coffee only, no hot water and no tea. And how old was the coffee, nobody knew. Breakfast includes bread and waffles. Instead of do-it-yourself waffle, all waffles are pre-made. You have to use microwave to heat it up. The only toaster has 4 slots, only 2 works. They had juices there too but 4 Costco packets available only. All the customers I saw during my presence there came by to the breakfast area, took a glance, turned around and left. You figure.||||I booked this motel via Priceline for a non-smoking 2-bed room for 3 nights. I spent 1 night there only. They rented the room to others the second night when we returned after 11pm. The motel offered us a smoking one-bed room. That was not acceptable to us. The person behind the windows did NOT apologize and the only thing he said was "call your website and ask for a refund".||||That was not an isolated incident, we were not the only victim. There was another woman who showed up more or less the same time, she also book a room with 2 beds, and she go the same treatment. The so-called night shift management person told her the same thing "ask for a refund from your internet site where you made your reservation".||||I called priceline and the customer service called this motel and tried to settled but Budget Inn said no. Priceline then called up 3 other hotel/motels and to no avail. The only thing priceline could do was to give us a refund. I am very disappointed with the whole incident. I definitely will not return to this low quality motel...
