Subway — Restaurant in California

A turkey bacon guacamole wrap is on their menu for $7.50 (give or take a few cents). They used to have a sandwich with the same contents, at a similar price. That sandwich is no longer on the menu. You would think that it would be simple to just ask for the same wrap as a sanwich. I mean, all your doing it switching out one carn for another. However, according to these guys, it cant be done. You MUST order a turkey sanwich and then, proceed with expensive add ons from there. That $7.50 sandwich, made with meats so thin, you could see through them, just cost you $12! If you want to add sides or a drink (because you know good and well that "foot long" isnt going to fill anyone up) youre looking at a bill just shy of $20. It doesn't make any logical sense.

I have to learn this lesson the hard way, every time. Subway is a joke. They're employees almost always screw up my order (I dont know how since you literally walk them through every step) and the customer service....well there is none so, forget it.

I arrived at the store at 8:30 pm to order my sandwich for dinner at the store and when I told the person who served me, his name was Roberto, that we could no longer eat there, that after 8:30 it was only take-out, and I thought it was very strange because it was not the first time I had eaten at this store. Excellent location tucked away off Carmel Valley Road. Clean and never too busy the staff has the time to take care to make up your Subway sandwich just right.

A few tables inside but with the right weather you'll want to take your sandwiches outside to a cozy corner just to the west of the entrances.

Next door is a small market if you need something else for your meal.
