I placed an order on the mobile app, buy one footlong get one half off. My boyfriend and I ordered the same sandwich, the Bella Mozza, but there was a glitch on the app and evidently the order wasn't actually placed, even though I was charged. My boyfriend went to pick up the sandwiches, but the employees said they had no such order. Because I placed the order as a guest, I could not pull up order history on the app and my bank's app does not allow screenshots for security reasons. My boyfriend told them this, but they said we'd be refunded. He ordered the same sandwiches (paid regualr price), but they didn't even know how to make them! They kept asking him what he wanted on them, and he said how they come on the menu. He just got home with our lunch and the sandwiches are completely wrong. They make it clear that they literally hate you, as soon as they make first eye contact. From here on out it, it is blood, and your sandwich experience is going to be absolutely traumatic by the time it ends up in your hand. Your sandwich will be wrong, and no, you won't have one remade, or get your money back.
