Subway — Restaurant in California

I called the store and spoke with a young man in 8/28/2024 at 6:20 pm pst I explained that we ordered online and that it did not give an option to add special instructions and while my wife wanted the bread toasted but not the tuna after explaining it to the young man he advised the lady who was making to the sandwich and she literally said out loud for me the customer to hear “TOO BAD”! I explained my wife will not eat it and the lady in the back reiterated too bad so I told the young man that I would provide feedback regarding this situation so that hopefully the owner will see...

I decided get a spicy Italian foot long sandwich. My sandwich was tasty, hot and fresh. I also added a small drink and much to my surprise the total came up to $12.00 and change. I know minimum wage is up, so next time I will go to a full service restaurant with table service for that type of costs. I just ate at Hill Street Cafe in Los Angeles and my chicken sandwich was about $4.00 more. And that is the reason I gave subway only 3 stars. The employees was great, I just expect...
