My experience at this Taco Bell was horrible we were traveling home and this was a quick stop off the freeway.. So we pulled in and the doors are all locked it says dining open til 10pm but it was only 8:30pm Drive threw is packed up with people, there were 2 guys in the dining area 1 waiting for food and 1 finishing. So as the guy that finished let us in he mentioned the dining area is closed then we heard from one of the ladies were closed for the evening.. We said "OK may we just use the restroom?" she replied "ok!" My daughter being 16mths is still in pampers so we needed to changer her well we my wife and I go in our restrooms and no changing table like really it's 2021 if not one both need a changing table.. After the quick use of the restroom we left to load up then go threw the drive threw that was fine our food was good but the whole dining area thing and not having any Fries for there Nachos Fry Box or just to order them.. oh well it is what it is I was a long day luckily this was our final stop til we got home.
Taco Bell I understand the Covid and understaffing and closing the dining area early without being able to put up a "Corp approved sign" but no changing table I really hope you make some...

I am a trucker. stopped hungry tried to order at window they refused. argued told her I will order using next car they said they won't take my order only theirs? Got frustrated as I was walking away they were making fun of me inside and honestly I flipped them off and they flip me off back at me.
I understand they are rules in the store about not taking orders through the window for safety. But You should think and be on our position as truck drivers because we cannot use drive-through and we are hungry we are the ones that brings your family everything that you guys have and eat and use.

Very low on the standards by other Taco Bells live I eat at 3 and 4 Taco Bells regularly used to be one of them not anymore every time I get a order there's something wrong with it or it's missing something or something on it that I didn't order isn't cooked all the way or hardly at all it's absolutely crazy and sometimes the food from their great and sometimes it's absolutely terrible I just wish that everyone put in the same amount efforts of the food would be good all the time because I've had good food from there and it's just disappointing anyways I won't be going there anymore I have a free meal sitting there waiting for me now I'm not even going to get it the other Taco Bell offer to give it to me as apology from...
