In-N-Out Burger — Restaurant in Los Banos

You know what I gotta say 1 month ogo 2 days ago I was not happy with my strawberry shakes but that day something strange happened excellent customer service made me realize that it really didn't matter if the shakes weren't to my liking because what's really more important to me and I'm sure many others is how we're treated and that day I was treated like a friend of the Family I'm not gonna put the girls name that helped me but that day her cuzz came in while I was waiting for my 0rder by the way I was order #26.. lol.. and I look at the cuzz she's looks at me and instantly positive vibes!!!! And I said she has to be Family are she's a good friend to the girl that was helping me I don't know what it was it was like a three way connected with me her and the cuzz so the cuzz goes to order and cashier say hlo take you're order lol... AND I HERE THE GIRL SAY NO IM OK THX IM HERE FOR MY CUZZ !!!!! all I could think is nothing at all I remember is be thankful for going to in and out that day so the the goes and sits and the girl is still working on my order by this time she's getting my Pink lemonade...OH!! SO !!! Gooooood!!! Not once did she stop moving, she didn't stop serving me although yes she had a few words with her cuzz but she never dropped the serving to me that made me feel valued and wanted important and I gotta say cared for if that don't sound crazy my experience here at this location in and out was everything I've thought was gone in today's crazy world I always used to say what ever happened to that good old fashion burger joint service and today I stand before you proudly AND HAVE NEW THOUGHTS, because of "THAT WONDERFUL CASHIER GIRL BEHIND THE COUNTER " Thank you C.G. This needs to be your food stop while traveling on i-5!

On a particularly hot and very busy Friday evening, (6 PM on July 30th, 2021), I and four others were victims of vehicular vandalization in the parking lot of Anderson's Pea Soup. All of our cars had smashed in windows and missing items. The police informed us that the In-N-Out, which was across the freeway, would assist with patching up the broken windows so we could all be on our separate ways.

All 5 vehicle owners headed over to the In-N-Out, and I was personally blown away by the completely overflowing drive thru line and filled parking lot, it was definitely rush hour!

Immediately, the entire In-N-Out team jumped in to assist with our issue! Jordan (the manager), Matthew and Estevan quickly came outside with a shop vac, cardboard and tape. They removed the broken glass from our vehicles and boarded the windows up on all five cars, while the team inside efficiently worked through the dinner rush (which was now understaffed). Everyone was kind and appeared to be genuinely happy to be able to assist and do this generous service for all of us.

I have never once had an experience quite like this, good people work at this establishment. Please give this restaurant your business, not only is the food great, but the leadership is superb and the staff is incredibly kind hearted!

Also, I recommend that you do not leave your car unattended anywhere in Santa Nella, (even for five minutes), as the officers informed me that vehicles are often broken into in this town, and all of us that were targeted at Anderson's tonight were hit only moments after arriving, in broad daylight, on a busy...

I would give In and Out base on their Double Doubles alone. You can get them with chili peppers, with grilled onions or wrapped in lettuce.. They are called protein style when wrapped in lettuce. All Double Doubles ca be upgraded to a 3x3 (3 beef patties and 3 slices of cheese) or 4x4s (4 beef patties and 4 slices of cheese) In and Out has the best fast food cheese burgers on the planet. My favorite is a 3x3s with extra chili peppers. The 3x3 Protein Style with extra Chili Peppers Mustard Fry is also a favorite of mine depending on my mood.They have the Bible verse John 3:16 printed on the bottom of their soda cups. I lot of people don't care for their fries. They are cut from real potatoes i like them but I they should be just cut larger and a little greasier. The service is top notch.
