Panda Express — Restaurant in Los Banos

I placed an order for 3 plates of food and 2 orders of cheese Rangoons. I was told to wait in the parking lot for 5 minutes for my order. 20 minutes later the rude girl comes out and says nothing just hands me the food. I get home and 2 of my orders are wrong and I’m missing an order of Rangoon. I called the location where I got the food to ask for a refund and the “manager” there was beyond unprofessional. I told her I couldn’t read the order number off the receipt because the ink must have been running low so the numbers don’t show completely. Regardless I tried reading it to her and she said I was lying because she was looking at a receipt in front of her and it was fine. She claimed that she remembered me and my order even though she wasn’t the one who took my order or brought it out to me and she claims that since she remembers my order she knows I’m lying and wasn’t there for 20 minutes. I asked for the number for corporate and she gave me the number for the survey which I told her didn’t work and she said “well I can’t help you then” and just hung up . So beyond unprofessional and completely disappointed with the kind of people that are hired....

I went in today with my family we travel alot this way and we stop at panda cause we love having panda but we had a really bad experience at this location we found hairs in all three plates so I got up and went to manager to let her know and she was not professional at all she got upset when I asked her that if I can please have my refund back cause I literally had to take out the hair from my mouth and I was grossed out. And as my family digged in to there player they found a hair in their plate too plus there was a fly in there food flying around and her name is Joan and rebecca. And I even asked if they were frenchies or Corp and they didn't want to answer that question at all so I asked if I can speak to the manager and Juan said she was in charged so she really needs more training in customer service. I know no one is perfect things happen but in this case it wasn't my fault to get treated like that or anyone else plus I had...

If I could give this place zero stars I would... Food was completely empty with no hurry to refill anything except the drive through stations. Food that was coming out that was supposed to be hot was barely room temperature with zero flavor at all. The bathroom was completely disgusting, all stalls were dirty or filled to the brim with feces. There's no changing tables and toilet paper was unfilled. Dining room had trash scattered on the floor, a dirty kitchen rag on one of the tables, dirty tables, and chairs with food or crumbs all over them I had to clean off myself for my family to sit down. The trash cans were overflowing with no room for anyone to throw anything away. The staff was not very friendly and the manager seemed unphased by the condition of his restaurant and guests coming in and out. If you can avoid this stop please do so...
