The Well Cafe — Restaurant in California

This place deserves more than 5 stars! If you want a cup of coffee or specialty drink and a tasty sandwich or even a well made acai bowl then this is the place to visit. The uniqueness of this cute Cafe is like no other. The owners put so much detail into creating this Cafe and once you visit…you will know how special this place is. By the way, there is plenty of parking. My favorite spot is sitting by the “man made well.” There is a bucket that hangs from on top of the well and water drips from it into the well which gave me a serene feeling as I sat nearby and enjoyed sipping on my delicious latte. It was great that I could take my time to enjoy my meal. My friend brought her guitar and we sang some songs. We felt so comfortable and never rushed to leave the Cafe. I wish I could visit it often, but I don’t live near by. I will definitely come back though and highly recommend this Cafe to everyone. It was a blessing to have found this coffee shop. Keep in mind that this place is not corporately owned so the quality of drink/food you order is excellent because of the freshness you will taste. I heard that everything is made fresh, DAILY. Wow! Visited yesterday for maybe the 20th time in the year I've lived in town. I tried to make this place a regular stop. It's got a pleasant patio space, some staff are quite friendly and the coffee IS good. But somewhere along the way my brain tagged it 'not that great a place to work,' and yesterday, I realized why. Repeatedly, including at least the last three times I've been there in succession, the internet just stopped working a while after I arrived. Tried all the solutions, reset my modem, etc. It just never came back. I ended up using my mobile hotspot for a while, but what I was doing involved watching a video, so eventually I gave up and went home.

Honestly, this has happened now so consistently that for a wild moment, I wondered whether the business owner had found some kind of timeout setting and counterrationally convinced themself that it would be good for business. Either way, they need to ask themself, am I REALLY aiming to provide WORSE service than Starbucks in ANY dimension of my business? Is THAT the way to...

The atmosphere coffee and food is all great. The customer service out weighs all of this immediately. Coffee always takes 30min even one cup no lines . Food always comes missing an item or made wrong. Please fix these employee issues as a customer I feel I come last here . I am so horrified at the customer service I will not be going anymore even though I love the food coffee and atmosphere. Service is important at a restaurant. Please have a manager meeting or get orders more timely or correct as I have never seen worse customer service in over 30 years and have been going to the well house for 3 years and it always was late and a wrong order. Change customer service please. I have decided to stop going because the service is so slow and seems careless about customer as well as constantly no apologizes for wrong orders.
