Their angry,violent manager named SAM screamed at me and I did nothing wrong.he came out of his office screaming!LEVI refused to ring up frostys on 2 transactions since he woupd give me 4 boo book frostys on 1 receipt and LEVI escalated the situation so bad that SAM exploded!I'm scared to even go there ever again.SAM is a large,intimidating being (no man cause men dont treat women this way)and the folks behind me didnt want to order cause he was screaming at them to "just order"!they were appalled at how he was treating me and they were holding their children back as if to keep him away from them!WAITING ON THE GM TO CALL ME BACK..STILL WAITING..ISNT SUPRISING CONSIDERING THEY HAVE EMPLOYED A TICKING TIME BOMB!And SAM thinks he can treat women in this manner.just AVOID RAMONA WENDYS.we enjoy the one on Scripps parkway!there is no angry giant that calls himself a professional or even human.we don't treat people that way SAM.welcome to society SAM where we control our emotions and don't scare little women in a wendys.And LEVI needs an attitude adjustment and lots of training! Read moreCame in today (10:35am on Saturday, 1-29-22) and the store was incredibly busy. When we went in to pick up our order, there was a crotchety old man giving the staff a super hard time because they just ran out of their breakfast potatoes right after he ordered. He is in the lobby carrying on, blocking other customers from getting their food, and generally wasting the time of multiple employees trying to placate him. Finally he demands to speak to the manager and the manager approached and told him that he was in the line helping with food to assist the team but he would be with the man in a moment. The man continues to carry on and make a fuss and yell about these potatoes while the drive through line is backed up almost to the street. Finally, the man is filming the manager and the manager gets him the rest of his order and tells him to take his items and get out and stop taking up his staff's time and disrupting the other customers. I could have applauded him right there! We went back and ordered another item and the manager tried to apologize for the old man but we told the manager not to and good on him for supporting his staff and customers like that. 5 stars for this manager it is great to see a manager backing...
Read moreI've been here multiple times, and they firmly stand by their new fresh crispy fry policy. I've never had to return because there was a problem with them. So that's a plus and I'm always a happy camper. Staff is always so bubbly and sweet (drive-thru), and quick with ordering and having your food ready. My only thing is when I order at the speaker and you ask what sauce I'd like and I tell you "4 sweet and sour" and you say okay, put 4 sweet and sour on the screen and I say again before I pull off to the window and you hand me my food after I pay, and there's only 1 or 2 sweet and sour in the bag, it always upsets me. Don't lie to me and say 4 will be on the bag and I have to run your belt time up about 10 more seconds because I don't have enough sauce. It's just annoying. It happens everytime even if I say at the speaker "I asked for 4 sweet and sour last time and only got 1 or 2, so please put 4 this time" they still only put 1 or 2. So please work on that one thing.
