Wendy's — Restaurant in California

Wow, it was not a pleasant stop. I never have a negative post. The food was wrong, the line wait was long, and called to have my order corrected took 6 times to finally answer and they seam to rush me through the call. I ordered 5 burgers, all with no mayo, and all had mayo. The receipt said no mayo, so I got a wrong order. It took me 35 min in total from arriving in drive-thru to placing the order and to payment and receive the order. Get home and it was all wrong. So, I called and said they would replace the whole order, and hung up on me. I really don't know, so I'm going to try again and get the order replaced. I don't want to sit in the drive-thru line again with a 35 min wait. So with this all in play, I'm sure they are going to make good on this. But not sure how it will go. I know this is only the third day open so I know the new employees are still learning...but my God, that was one of the worst fast food meals I've ever had. I ordered a meal that cost me nearly 10 bucks, and what did I get? Some fries that were about as crispy as wet spaghetti, and a chicken sandwich that was sloppily put together with a soft chewy chicken patty. The size of the sandwich was disappointing as well. I mean, it was smaller than the palm of my hand! And I paid 10 bucks for this? Ive had way better meals from the Burger King up here, and they were so bad they went out of business!...Ill give it another go in a month, but man do they have a long way to go before they make...

Sonora Wendys: The employees need retraining in customer service skills. My daughter went inside to purchase 5- 4 for $4 and the gal at 2:00pm on Saturday Dec 11th was rude & tried to short her 1 lunch bag. She brought it up and the gal snapped at her demanding the receipt which she hadnt received as the order wasnt complete as she had only received her 4 childrens drinks. The gal refused to except her free frosty card as well. When we took our to-go food & got to our destination, the order was incorrect. They had onions on the children's burgers. 1 burger was to have no mustard. It was covered with mustard. 1 was to have no pickles... it had pickles. I am...
