Sal’s Burrito Express — Restaurant in Sonora

Been going here for over 10 years. Normally the food and service is good. Some younger dude helped me today and it was horrible. I called got put on hold and then he got busy and forgot after finally being able to get a hold of somebody again. I then place my order. Told me it was 10 minutes. Showed up 15 minutes later. Food still wasn't ready. People were placing orders. Stood there for 20 minutes. People that placed orders after I had arrived got their food. Don't know why I wasted my time calling but the young dude who was behind the counter does not pay attention and was very rude. Wish I didn't leave a tip and unfortunately I just won't ever return here again. If they simply would have apologized for the inconvenience or offered a soda for the extra long wait I would have let it go and been fine. But if your customer service is so bad that you can't, I'll just go to one of the other four...

My first bad experience here. My food wasn't fully wrapped up and I mean not enough foil was used. Half of it was luke warm at best and the tortilla was cold. Also there was lettuce in my burrito which it doesnt come with. So I called just to let them know about the mess up and they got defensive and you can tell she was insinuating it was my fault. I literally live 2 mins 3 max from them. I just wanted to let them know about it for good customer feedback, now I'll never eat...

If you are looking for a top notch stand in one place food truck this is the place to stop. We had driven by several times while running errands and finally on one those runs hunger caught up to us. My son told us it was well worth the stop and it certainly was. The food came out fast, hot, and very very tasty and with large portions.
