Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Sonora

we drove in on our way to big bear and stopped by to get a coffee while shopping for the trip. the girl behind the counter named amber was immediately coming off like she was unhappy we were going to order. i ignored it and continued to order my drink. when i got the order it was completely the wrong drink i ordered. i asked her about it and she claimed i was lying ! i was in shock because i was being honest. i was already nervous asking about it but she made me feel like i was in the wrong when all i wanted was my drink. she mumbled some mean words under her tongue. i just left because i was just in awe of how horrible her customer...

I usually go to the junction Starbucks and have never once had a problem. I was in the area so I decided to go to this Crossroads location. Bad idea. I ordered a venti iced matcha latte and they gave me a grande. I also ordered a iced pistachio latte with coffee instead of espresso and the salted butter topping, but they ended up just giving me a plain coffee with no pistachio and no topping. I just read some of the reviews for this location and I saw a lot of bad ones so I'm thinking it's just this location. No where near as good as the junction one. I won't ever go to this...

It is just Starbucks. I am not a fan of their coffee but we had a gift card to use. We got two medium coffees that were barely warm. When we asked for hot coffee we were given "a look" and told it would take at least 10 minutes. No "I am sorry, let me fix that." It was like we were bothering her.

We also got a pastry that was edible but nothing to write home about. The store was clean and not crowded (a plus in my book).

Would I go back? Probably not. McDonald's has better coffee...
