Sharks Fish & Chicken — Restaurant in Calumet Township

This is the worst sharks I’ve been to. This place is dirty and should be closed down. I have literally seen roaches crawling around the outside and inside. I have ordered from this place multiple times and on multiple occasions they have gotten my food wrong but not just that, they give you cold and old food that has been sitting there and just reheat it. They also shouldn’t even be running a business since I went up there for a refund and the owner was saying stuff like why do we have to give them a refund. Also something really petty is with my refund they charged me for one cheese stick that I had ate when trying my food. Lastly every restaurant or fast food place I’ve been to when you request a refund they don’t take your food back because you have touched it and it’s contaminated but here they take it back so be careful they are probably giving you someone else’s food that someone...

I only gave 1 star so I could leave a review. Terrible customer service! I ordered food to pick up because I have a baby. Once I got there they told me I never ordered and that they did not have my food. So I repeated the number back to them and asked if what I recited was the correct number because that’s the number I called. They agreed that was the # but continued on with the lie that I never placed an order with them. So I guess I pulled my baby out, walked up stairs, and waited in line just bc huh. I guess I talked to a ghost. Very disgusted with this place because the whole purpose of me ordering over the phone was for convenience because I had a baby. Good fried food but sometimes to much lemon pepper & some not ALL of their Cashiers are rude with NO customer service skills! I asked the little girl for her special on dark meat and she told me she can't read me the whole menu she got people in line! Wow what nerve!! So I asked for the price of two sizes of chicken she told me 1 and had to ask for how much the other one was and I told her thank you. then I was going to place my order but she hung up thinking I was saying thank you and nothing more smh.
