Kings Wings & Things Broadway — Restaurant in Calumet Township

I ordered my food ( a 5 piece wing only) nearly 30 minutes in advance before arriving. When I paid I asked if the order was ready and was told that it was. After another 15 minutes of waiting , on an order I called in, I asked for a refund . Only then did they then decide to magically find my order. Everyone in the back of the house seemed to be having a grand time however, laughing and goofing off. At least someone was having a good time. Let me also add that EVERYONE (about 6 of us) in the lobby were furious about the same poor service and ridiculous wait.
