Hello. I really don't know where to begin with this because I really do love your coffee and donuts but I had an experience at one of your locations that actually had nothing to do with the store workers but instead one of your truck drivers. We were told by the woman at the drive through in the Ebensburg Pennsylvania location to pull up to the window . When we began your truck driver pulled ahead of us which is fine but as we also moved forward not knowing if he was unloading he began to scream at us out the window . Then after screaming we explained to him that there was a vehicle behind us at that point and we couldn't turn around. The entire time he was talking down to my wife and I saying " well noone is there now ". The drive through is very tiny in this specific location which makes things hard to go around but when I say he was screaming at the top of his lungs I mean it. I've never had someone at any business EVER treat me like that. All he had to say was excuse me , could you both back up a little to help me get room through here but he went full psycho mode. My wife felt threatened over the entire thing and I can't believe that someone could go that ballistic over nothing. I have the driver's license plate number as well which I can provide. Something needs to be done about this . If that man treated us like this I can only imagine how he will treat other people at other locations that he...
Read moreStopped here on a road trip from MA (where we literally have a Dunkin on almost ever corner đ) to Pittsburgh.
Mid-rate experience. Service was okay, not great but not awful. The woman who took our order did not smile or greet us. We ordered an iced coffee, iced tea, and one donut. The donut and iced tea came out immediately but several other orders were made before my coffee. The woman who brought my coffee to the pick up area was friendly and told us to have a nice day.
The iced tea was fine. The double chocolate donut was dry and didn't seem very fresh. The coffee tasted a bit acidic but was drinkable.
My biggest complaint - $1.29 for a splash of oat milk is absolutely ridiculous. I know Pennsylvania is not exactly the forefront of progress, but there should be zero upcharge for alternative milks in regular coffee and no more than $0.50 for...

Ordered 3 large drinks asked her for carrier instead of handing it 1 at time put all 3 in it and it was so unbalanced as she was handing it to me that all 3 spilled over my lap and car seats . what a mess , she was there watching me and did not have enough sense to ask me what I needed to clean it up .I had to ask her for napkins to help pick up some of liquid then as I was pulling out my granddaughter commented that her coffee did not have label on it and i had to go back and ask for the cream that they didn't put in it. Terrible experience Not go back to...
