Pour on Center — Restaurant in Ebensburg

We have been Pour customers for many, many, years, and our experience there has been that Pour is in a steady decline, culminating in an unbelievably poor experience last night. It was Detroit style pizza night which only happens about once a year.

We made a reservation for 6:30 PM (prime time), we arrived on time, and we ordered drinks. The beer that was ordered came after 23 minutes and the drink that was ordered was given to us after 31 minutes when we went up to the bar from our table to get it. The waitress brought us menus and we said we don't need menus we are here for pizza night. She says, oh the pizza is sold out and has been for a while. Really? At 6:30 after the Facebook hype? You can't plan for pizza later than 6:30?

We brought it to the attention of the manager, who would not help us. We brought it to the attention of the owner who was extremely rude about the entire situation and told us to never come back. While he was berating us in the middle of his dining room, his wife and her friends were served pizza at the table next to us!

The real problem with Pour is that they think they are the only game in town because Ebensburg is a small town. Well, maybe they used to be, but they aren't any longer. There are better options in town now and in the surrounding areas. We took our business elsewhere and we had an enjoyable evening.

Went there last night with a group of friends. 8 in total...

OUT DOOR SEATING: Very nice and comfortable. MUSIC: The gentleman sang and played his guitar, we all thought he was great. FOOD/DRINK: excellent minus the fact that at least one of the Pittsburgh salads was served with cold fries and chicken. Was pleased with the drink/bar menu and the beverages themselves

!SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE! Everything took forever. Our server did the bare minimum it requires to be a server. The time between taking our drink order and getting our drinks was too long. Then she disappeared.... we were sitting there waiting, waiting...waiting. then she came back and took our dinner order.

The kitchen did a great job because our food was delivered in no time!

The girls who delivered the food were polite and quick. But nobody ever followed up...not even our server, wherever she was. Our table of 8 sat through the meal with no water, wine, beer or any other drinks. Nobody was able to get dressing, sauce or anything else because our server was MIA. I wish I could give more stars! I give 5 stars to some really good bars even some great. But it’s not fair to pour on center! They are the best! There are so many reasons why! Let’s start with food. My daughter got a sandwich and said it was the best she ever had and wished we had pour on center near us. We were up inEbensberg for Saint Francis basketball game! Food is so good! Great beer selection and drinks are great!! There signature drink made in house my daughter said was fabulous! We are from Philly! I was here about 3 years ago and it was tremendous and still tremendous! Now let’s get to something you get know where else is the service! Exceptional is not doing justice to it!!! The service is incredible!!!! In ebensberg they do not have Uber or cabs so we we’re trying to figure out how to get to Saint Francis. Our server herd us and went asked his bosses if he could take us and he did. Unbelievable kind!!!! Oh don’t let me forget the prices. Incredibly reasonable!!!! I would honestly think of moving to ebensberg just because of this place!!!!...
