Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Cambridge

Took a hour to get my pizza after a txt was sent out telling me my order was out for delivery but it never came so 35 minutes later i called the store and was spoke to so rudely from the incompetent manager she has done this to many customers she has gave the store a bad reputation because she has no customer service skills. Do better Pizza Hut get managers who love their jobs and customers some with respect for the community i’m quite sure your food sales are down because of her nasty attitude i’m just glad i’m a changed person because the disrespect she put out is unacceptable and then they left my pizza in the cold and didn’t tell me it was delivered so I canceled it but now im banned. Will never go back. Although the food was very good, the service was horrible. Part of the order wasn't brought until we were about done. The waitress NEVER came to our table to make sure everything was ok. She never apologized for the food being so late. This restaurant was not busy...only 2 tables of 2 people were being used. I tip according to the service, not the price of my order. I don't like not tipping but she didn't deserve one. Considering she works for tips, I hope she learns real quick how important it is to take care of her patrons. I called and placed an order tonight and spent 73.00 The girl taking the order read it back to me with what I ordered and when we got the food they sent the wrong things and I called the store and they hung up on me then i called back and told them again and she got the manager and he hung up on me and never let me explain anything to him we called back from another number and told them the issue and they hung up so we called from a third number and we explained the issue and they put us on hold for 10minutes and we hung up and called back then they would not answer cause they have caller ID.
