Galaxy Pizza — Restaurant in Cambridge

We love this pizza but their customer service is horrible. The lunch special had any 1 topping medium pizza for $6. We wanted to order online so that my sister could get points. We wanted 4 pizzas so we called to be sure that the discount would apply, which would make it $24 instead of over $40. They said it would. When we ordered online and cashed out it only made one pizza $6 and the price was almost $40 total. (My sister didn’t have that much in here account) When we called in to ask for the problem to be fixed, the boy we were speaking with was extremely rude. After he told us that he would not fix the problem, we told asked him to cancel the order. He said just said fine and hung up. We wanted to be sure that the order was cancelled so my sister called looked at her card account in app. The order was still pending after almost ten minutes so to be sure it didn’t call through we called the bank. I cannot really speak to the quality of the pizza. We stayed at a nearby hotel passing through on a Sunday night. It took at least 2 hours for our delivery. Called after maybe an hour to check on status. The person said that we were next. Called another hour later and he said, “I think it’s on its way.” The staff was nice on the phone, but by the time it arrived, we were ready for sleep. It would be nice to have an ETA available before ordering online. They only had one delivery driver, so I can empathize with that. I have had a ton of Pizza in my 50 years from all over the country and the world. This Pizza is by far the WORST I have ever ate. The crust and dough used is semi sweet with not a lick of salt seasoning in it. I could figure it out until my wife said "Salt it doesn't have any salt" I am just totally baffled that people are calling this Pizza "excellent, or Good, Great"? Who cuts pizza other than in pie shape or squares you ask? This place does! It is literally cut into small 1 inch strips, yes its a round Pizza cut into 1 inch strips. Never in my 50 years LMAO! Save your time and cash you can make better with a pizza kit...
