Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Cambridge

I have bought coffee here many times in the last couple of months as I driven through the area. Every time without fail I come to the speaker and they say please wait and I wait for 1 to 2 minutes before somebody comes back to the speaker and takes my order they always get the order right but I order coffee. But a shouldn't take 5 minutes in a drive-through to get coffee. Last night at water coffee and it was just barely warm which was disappointing. And it took 4 minutes to get it. Their door is still locked and close there won't let anybody and I don't understand even in the midst of a pandemic which were not and they should have the door opens up people can walk into the store but they do not I'm just very disappointed in this Tim hortons because it just takes so so long for a cup of coffee but it's still a great...

The staff all seemed quite unhappy to be there, though they were nice enough to us. We ordered a chicken maple waffle sandwich and we were told No because they "didn't have time." We picked a different breakfast sandwich from the menu, and the food was fine. At one point, I heard an employee say "Burger King has 2 for $4 breakfast sandwiches, and they're BETTER." There was no soap in the bathroom's dispenser, which was very disappointing to find AFTER using the facilities. We would've ordered donuts or ice cream, but we didn't want to bother the staff...

I don't know what the deal was with this place today. We just waited 15 minutes for our food. My sandwich was wrong after that wait. The girl in the drive thru was sitting in an office chair right in front of the window. We were the only people in line. By the time we left, there was a huge line.
