Absolutely terrible place. Not only is the food mediocre, but the staff are indescribably horrid. I visited this location on the evening of Thursday, October 13, 2022 with a few of my friends. A moody young woman with short hair served me at the cashier. She was disrespectful and clearly did not want to be working there. Shortly after, when it turned out that one of the items I ordered was not available, she became irate and began urging me to choose another item. This was difficult, because at the same time, one of the other workers was yelling my name, indicating that another part of my order was ready. I was trying to listen to both of them loudly calling for my attention from two directions at once, somehow unaware of one another. When I tried responding to the woman with my food, the cashier became angry and started yelling at me for not responding immediately. She also lambasted me for sipping my water while she was yelling, and held me responsible for being overwhelmed by two people yelling for me. The belligerent cashier also did not offer me any options to replace the unavailable item, so when I suggested a replacement, she became even more angry because they were different prices (as if I could have known that). I messaged support and they rudely sent me a screenshot of their fine print and wouldn't refund my order nor do anything to help me out.
