Changing from 2 to 1 star because the service has gone downhill. Whoever places the orders on the counter doesn't put items together anymore. You have to touch every order to find all your items because your food will be at one end but your drink next to someone else's food. And today I get my food like this. Tired of the service here ---- This place needs to hire more help. Every single day they've backed up at 10am. Hire more help for the late morning - pay employees what they're worth and the workers will come. Getting tired of waiting 20min for a mobile order. I'd be more understanding if this wasn't a daily occurrence - this falls on the managers. I feel bad for the counter staff

While I appreciate the convenience of the Starbucks at 120 Broadway Street in Boston, there's one aspect that can be frustrating for those of us who prefer ordering in person. This location tends to prioritize app orders, which, while efficient for those using the app, can result in longer wait times for customers in the queue. If you're like me and prefer the traditional ordering experience, you might find that you need to exercise some patience during busy periods. Nonetheless, the coffee quality remains consistent, and the staff is friendly, making it a decent option for your caffeine fix, even if you have to wait a bit longer.

Who manages this place because it's a mess? There is absolutely no organization when it comes to the order counter. Food is thrown upon other customers food. Drinks are not placed with the food. I had to ask if my drink was placed because I didn't want to touch other people's orders and the worker told me, "I don't know". Word of advice for anyone going here - Don't. There are other Starbucks in the area. I placed a mobile order at 9:47 and had to wait until 10:10. Shut down mobile ordering if workers can't handle the rush.

Never rated a Starbucks. Girls forgot to make one of our coffees. We waited about 20 minutes and then had to ask for it. The girl was a little abrasive and then to top it off, I delivered my grandma's coffee to her finally and brought her in to use the lav. The employees were offensively rude and told me they were closed and my grandma couldn't use the bathroom because they locked it and that I needed to use the hotel lobby and the door will lock on us and we'll need to exit through the hotel. So... u forget my coffee, make me wait, are rude to me about it and then tell me the bathrooms locked so my grandma cant use it even though its ur fault were still there in the first place?? She was waiting outside with my daughter... I did the Starbucks clientele a favor by not bringing my sleepy toddler in there. Disgraceful. I've never been to a trashier Starbucks. What a TERRIBLE place. Do not go here, there are plenty of other local smaller coffee shops around the MIT area that are much better. Ordered a customized drink from their app, while waiting I can hear the staff making rude insensitive remarks about my order while I am waiting right there. Very unprofessional. Hire people that actually likes to serve customers, not incompetent clowns that hates their life and look miserable working there. Because of this encounter, I will never visit any of your locations ever again. The Starbucks culture fell off, and I hope you get crushed by competitors. This is Cambridge, the options...
