Never rated a Starbucks. Girls forgot to make one of our coffees. We waited about 20 minutes and then had to ask for it. The girl was a little abrasive and then to top it off, I delivered my grandma's coffee to her finally and brought her in to use the lav. The employees were offensively rude and told me they were closed and my grandma couldn't use the bathroom because they locked it and that I needed to use the hotel lobby and the door will lock on us and we'll need to exit through the hotel. So... u forget my coffee, make me wait, are rude to me about it and then tell me the bathrooms locked so my grandma cant use it even though its ur fault were still there in the first place?? Ordered a customized drink from their app, while waiting I can hear the staff making rude insensitive remarks about my order while I am waiting right there. Very unprofessional. Hire people that actually likes to serve customers, not incompetent clowns that hates their life and look miserable working there.
