I went to this establishment and dropped almost $70 in food for my family. Upon leaving, my mom forgot her phone. We called it and nobody answered but figured it was in the car. 30 minutes of driving north bound on 77 back home, we realized the phone was not in the car. We called this restaurant and spoke with Jared who was unsure of how to help us. I repeat he was not helpful and seemed incompetent to have a position as a manager. We simply asked instead of driving all the way back to Cambridge, if they could mail the phone to our home. I would have paid for the shipping. He told me that he didn't think they could do that. I told him I wanted him to call his district manager. He complied, and the district manager was unhelpful as well. When I forgot a book at an airport in Washington, I paid for shipping as I live in Ohio and the airline shipped the book. I say this because, as a company when a customer even says they will pay for the shipping, they should oblige and follow through with the request. I was very unsatisfied by the treatment I received for this situation. I would like to mention too, that in the ladies bathroom while we were there the first time, some poor woman had an accident and left her underpants in the bathroom. A half an hour later, when we arrived for our second time back there to retrieve the phone, the bathroom still smelled like poo and the workers in the back were smirking at me. Read moreI'M DONE WITH WENDY'S!! My children and grandchildren love Wendy's restaurant so we eat there quite often... Some weeks 3 or 4 times a week. I go through the drive-through every single day, 6 days a week, on my lunch break and I order a baked potato with cheese and extra bacon. That bake potato used to cost me $3.74 because they charged $1 for what they call 3 extra slices of bacon. The reality is those 3 slices of bacon amount to about 1 1/4 slices of bacon, as you will see in the attached pictures, which I think is already outrageous. Today I went through the drive-through on my lunch break as always, however today that same bake potato now cost me $4.49! They are now charging a $1.50 for those 3 little bites of bacon! That is absolutely ridiculous! The GREED is out of control! I spoke with the 800 number that's on the back of every receipt just to let them know how unhappy I was and that they had lost a loyal customer. I was told that this particular franchise like all of the other franchises, sets their own pricing and even the representative at the 800 number said that price is outrageous. Well all I can say is I hope that 50 cents is worth losing a very loyal and regular customer because I'm done! Read moreI witnessed a very embarrassing moment when the Manger screams "sir your card was declined" the customer was near the door when this happened. The female that was with the gentleman went over to address the issue and the card went through. My wife refused to eat after this and I ordered only because I didn't want to stopped again. Big mistake, I should have followed my wife our the door. After I received my order and we got back on the highway I started eating a salt mine covered all over the fries. Even with a frosty loaded onto the fries the salt over powered the frosty. The burger was either salty or it was the salt that was caked in my mouth. I threw away 3/4 of my food and wish we ate at the gas station so I could have embarrassed them like they did that poor customer.
