El Ranchito — Restaurant in Camden

This was just bad..took five minutes to be seated, then we got drinks and cheese dip, but weren’t served chips or salsa for another ten minutes!! Then, it took over 30 minutes to get our meal order taken. I had to ask a worker, but he didn’t speak English. Food wasn’t served for another 30 minutes. Also, I ordered the lunch special number three and on the menu it simply says it comes with a burrito and other foods-I asked if it was beef and the server said yes. Then I was served a bean burrito instead. I didn’t say anything because at that point I was sick of picking battles.Then, we kept waiting for a server to bring us our ticket or at least to go boxes. Finally gave up and got our own to go boxes, and were told by another server that our ticket was left at the front for us to pay. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Also, if you need to use the restroom there… Don’t. Ordered 2 steak meals late before closing wish they would have just turned me away than sent me home with two Burt unbeatable meals. Had to work at 5 am ,got off to tell the restaurant about the terrible experience I had the night before with my food, the waitress was very rude saying I should have called them they stay at the restaurant an hour after closing like I was suppose to have known that. She didn’t apologize she just said “ well you guys said you wanted them well done” there is a huge difference between well done and what we got. I was not asking for a refund or another meal , an apology would have been nice but I didn’t even get that. $30 plus dollars for NOTHING ! I have eaten here countless times and I have NEVER been treated so rudely and this has never happened with an order, but they NEVER have to worry about getting my business again or me recommending them to anybody with the terrible customer service...

Came to Camden on a work trip, very few options for food on a Monday night. I can usually count on a small town Mexican restaurant so I brought my coworkers in.

We were immediately served with waters and chips and salsa, which was very good and a bit spicy. Server told us about the happy hour frozen marg so we grabbed those. Been a while since I've had done, but it was surprisingly good. Ordered two Al pastor tacos and two chorizo chicken tacos. Food came out fast and was great, loved the Al pastor. Good enough that'd I'll be going back again on our 4 day trip.
