We love the food but it’s pricey for the amount you get so we don’t get it often. My kids (now 8 and 11) have always LOVED it. Only one choice of chips, which is fine. Their ranch is a little different. (We’re big ranch connoisseurs) So we’re not a fan of the ranch but most like their special sauce anyway. If you’ve got the extra money to spend and don’t want a huge meal, I highly recommend it. I’ve only had one problem with my food which was old moldy bread. Luckily my husband noticed at least some of it before I finished. I don’t know if I ate some in the first half or not. The only problem I have with this specific restaurant location has been with the workers. If I have a question, the front staff always acts super clueless and ends up asking the boys in the back, who are also clueless acting. I’ve never had a friendly person up front. Ever. It’s always a bunch of kids in there working, with bad attitudes and no supervisor around to notice or answer the questions I’ve had in the past. A little smile goes a long way. Just saying. The cashier never looked our way, we decided to sit down because we were going to dine in anyway. The waitress never looked our direction and helped and talked to everyone but me and my boyfriend. By this time I was feeling very uncomfortable and not welcome. We were the only black customers in there. 20 minutes later with no service we decided to leave. I was very disappointed, I eat at the Columbia location all the time and love it but because of this experience I will never support this business again. I felt like this was a...

This was neither.
It's bad when a chain like Arby's serves a better sandwich.
If anyone is looking for a Reuben, then I highly suggest Triangle Subs in Camden. It is LOADED with meat and tastes fantastic!
Sadly, nothing from Groucho's has ever impressed me. In all honesty, I'm done with them - well, unless I try a salad, as I hear theirs are pretty good. The real question here: is it better than...
