I placed my order at this McDonald's at 4:51 on the evening of the 8th and did not actually receive my food until 5:17. I watched them put the two snack wraps in a bag and it sat there for about 5 minutes before I someone asked about the crispy buttermilk chicken sandwich that was supposed to go with the order. While waiting someone either put the snack wraps with another order or sent them back because the bag that had been sitting there with them vanished. I asked again about my order about 5 minutes later and they called back for the snack wraps and buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich. 5 minutes later, still nothing. Finally after 22 minutes after the order was originally placed I was able to stop a manager and advise her about the situation. She spoke to one of the gentlemen in the back who told her it would be 3 minutes on the chicken sandwich....again this was 22 minutes after I placed the order....A lady who came in after me waited 10 minutes for a single ice cream cone. There didn't appear to be a lack of help since there were at least 5-6 people in the back as well as 5-6 more people up front. Once I finally did get my food the grilled chicken wraps I got were crispy chicken wraps and the fries were warmish but after waiting 26 minutes for the crispy buttermilk chicken sandwich I was not going to go back in and wait another 30 for them to correct it. After all this the manager presented a card for a free meal only redeemable at the Camden or Lugoff locations and seeing as I am from Tennessee, that was little consolation for two cold chicken wraps, some somewhat warm fries and a fairly fresh crispy buttermilk chicken sandwich. I got no apology for the wait or no "thank you for your patience" I got a useless card for a free meal and that was that. Read moreTHIS RESTAURANT HAS THE WORST MANAGEMENT TEAM I HAVE EVER SEEN! I went to this McDonald’s expecting it to be the same mid-low quality food I purchase at every other one, EXCEPT IT WASNT! Before we get to the bad stuff, the food was meh so if you don’t mind WASTING NEARLY AN HOUR at a McDonald’s than this is the place for you. To preface this, the only reason I gave the service for this restaurant 2 stars instead of 1 like everything else is because I feel bad for the poor cashier who was trying her best to correct everyone’s orders and take new ones while her managers were talking in the back and DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! What happened was I ordered my food and they did not put a SIGNIFICANT amount of it into my bag. So I went back into the store and politely asked the nice cashier for my food. She spoke to her managers and asked for my receipt, a request which I obliged. She then came back and told me my new food would be out shortly. I waited for what felt like hours, during which I observed half of the store also go up because their orders were also messed up. After my extraneous wait, I had to go up AGAIN because they still hadn’t given me my food or even GLANCED MY WAY! The cashier then had to go to her managers AGAIN and ask them for my food. After they realized I wasn’t just going to leave without my food THAT I HAD ALREADY PAYED FOR one of the managers begrudgingly walked up to the counter, gave me a VERY nasty side eye, and punched in the order so hard I thought the screen might break! I then proceeded to wait again and finally got my food after a second long wait. The managers were completely unprofessional, rude, lazy, and lacked any customer support skills!

Read moreI am only giving a 2 because when we ordered the lady at the register was polite but it went down hill from there. By the time I got out of the building to our car because they still are not doing indoor seating, I had to go back inside to a very full line of people who had not even been waited on yet. I went to the pick up section because all I needed was the HONEY MUSTARD I asked and paid for. Even that simple thing took another 4 to 5 minutes. While waiting another customer asked the heavier set manager who has the 1 strip of hair if there was ever going to be a person up front to take the orders. He mentioned that the wait was very bad and folks are on lunch. Instead of saying sir I sorry we are going as fast as we can or something that might have helped, but what she gave was under her breath attitude!!!!! It was bad enough that while she stood in practically the same rectangle of space that she was doing the fries. While doing so she way over salted them and then gave more in a childs portion as compared to a regular small order. I know that because I had a small fry and it had 20 and enough salt to make beans.
