My fiancé and I have frequented here a few times before and everything was great. That was until today. Came in to get dinner and a margarita. Got my margarita and it was only juice. I had politely asked for it to be remade. The second margarita came and it tasted like tequila, water, and salt. No favor at all. I explained to our waiter, Miguel, what the problem was. A different waiter brought out my third drink. No clue what his name is, but he had greying hair and tattoos on his arms. When he came out he immediately had an attitude about the drink saying “Whose margarita. We aren’t making this again. This is the third time we made it, there’s nothing wrong with it.” I explained it to him just as I did Miguel. He continued to have an attitude saying that was nothing wrong with the drink. Another man came out and I spoke to him and explained what was wrong with the drink. He understood what I was saying and said to give him a moment and he would fix it. The last margarita was great. Miguel and the third man were amazing and deserve 5 stars. However the man with greying hair and tattoos deserves 1 star as the way he handled the situation was completely...

Do not get me wrong… the food here is great and all, the restaurant is clean, and the staff? Well not really one of my greatest experiences.
You see, majority of the employees are extremely nice and are overall good people but recently I had a issue with one of the male employees (I don’t know his name) who was extremely rude and very unprofessional. Thursday evening, July 11th, 7:22PM. I was working a delivery order for doordash (2x- Helado Frito / Fried Ice Cream and 2x Churos) and when I went to go pick up the order, he not only gave me the order of another customer, but when I had to go back inside to get the right order (and also return the other persons food) he also forgot to provide the 2x Churos and when I tried to let him know that there were items missing he then proceeded to get frustrated and call me “bro” and said things like “what now”. All i was trying to do was get the customer her correct order with ALL the items she PAID for and i was met with frustration and hostility . Very...
Read moreWe've lived in this town for 9 months and this is the first time we've gone out to eat here.
The minute we walked in the door, the smells greeting us were absolutely amazing.
The atmosphere is bright and comfortable, if not just a little chilly - but that's why I always bring a sweater when I go out to eat, lol.
My husband ordered a Combo, which came out on two huge plates and one little one. I am still in awe that he ate it all 😅
I had the Tamales Ricos, and they were some of the best tasting tamales I've had in a very long time. The rice and beans were very flavorful, and the salsa was perfection.
The service was wonderful, and the price at the end shocked us with its affordability. Including a tip that was over 20%, our dinner was under $40!!
We generally only eat out once or twice a year due to there being almost zero places to get good gluten-free food, especially here in TN. It can be disappointing, but now that we've found Laredo's, I think we'll be making it a...
