I recently had the pleasure of dining at Korean Tacos, located within The Spot Food Hall, and it was an absolute delight! I sampled a few different dishes, including the sweet chili stir fry noodles with chicken, beef, and shrimp, as well as the mini sweet potato taiyaki. My son opted for the chicken fried rice.

First off, the sweet chili stir fry noodles were fantastic. The combination of chicken, beef, and shrimp created a perfect medley of flavors and textures, all enhanced by the sweet chili sauce that had just the right amount of kick. Each bite was a delicious explosion of taste, and I loved how fresh and vibrant the ingredients felt.

My son’s chicken fried rice was equally impressive. It was packed with flavor and made for a hearty meal that he thoroughly enjoyed. The balance of seasoning was spot on, and it was nice to see a classic dish elevated with a Korean twist.

To finish off our meal, we indulged in the mini sweet potato taiyaki. These little treats were not only adorable but also incredibly tasty. The sweet potato filling was warm and comforting, and the crispy exterior was the perfect complement. It was a delightful way to end our meal!

The atmosphere at Korean Tacos was chill and inviting, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy some good food. However, I did notice that the music started to get quite loud around 8 PM, which made conversation a bit challenging. It might be worth considering a slight adjustment to keep the vibe more relaxed as the evening progresses.

Overall, I highly recommend Korean Tacos for anyone looking to enjoy delicious fusion cuisine in a laid-back setting. I can’t wait to return and try more...

Update: Sunday, July 9th, 2023 - the food is still great. I still say their tacos are the best tacos, but service has really fallen off..... at least today. There were only two people working. They could easily have had 4 or 5 workers and they all would have been busy.

Located in The Spot food hall in Camp Springs, this is the easily and by far the best overall spot for tacos in the area. Their other food is probably good, but after 4 visits, I've had nothing but tacos.... I've had all of them and all of them SLAMMIN!!!

I'm not generally a taco guy, so I can't truly put into words a comparative analysis with other tacos. What I can do is tell again and again that by far and away, you will enjoy the food here at Kotaco.

Once inside the food hall, there are other places that will distract you. My wife will tell you, DON'T GET DISTRACTED. She did on a couple of occasions, trying something different, and each time she did, she'd want to "help" me with my tacos.

Customer service is perfect as well. Get here and...

I was having a very difficult day when door dash showed up with an order from Kotaco/Korean Taco as a surprise from my daughter and friends who placed the order from Atlanta. They know my love of Korean food and fusion. Sight unseen they put all their faith into this place to brighten my day and Kotaco did not disappoint!! The kimchi dumpling soup is to die for!!!!! The broth was amazing and so flavorful and a bit spicy which is what I like. The dumplings were supreme. They also ordered me the 3 taco combo which was beef and chicken bulgogi and shrimp. Again delicious. To top it was a Taiyaki Ice Cream Sandwich of green tea/red bean. It was amazing. I will be in Maryland for a few more months, and plan to visit this place in person. I am sincerely grateful for the amazing food I was gifted with, and even more grateful for my loving daughter and friends. I highly...

Had a funny interaction for a first timer, but the visit is worth it for the food! 😋 My fellow otaku classmate told me about this place because of the kawaii decorations. 😸 Cool hangout spot with delightful looking grub. The restaurant is part of a Asian food center— you can get boba, sushi, and other dishes nearby. As a vegetarian, I was recommended the vegan bowl and a vegan taco. 🌱 The bowl was filled with flavor, and lots of fresh ingredients. I would’ve enjoyed the taco just as much, if it wasn’t made on a corn tortilla(I prefer flour tortillas). 😖 Still, all the food presentation was pretty and the toppings definitely spoke for itself. 👍 If you’re a carnivore, there’s a lot of to choose from! Will prolly come back with my boyfriend so he can give the meat options a try. GGs ✨

Glad I randomly came across this place on Google! I love tacos, so I was really interested! Good location, new shopping center. It's inside a bigger building. THE SPOT FOOD HALL. They have a couple of options in there. It's like a food court. I tried shrimp taco and 1# korean bulgogi bowl. It had both beef and chicken. Both selections were good! I'll definitely be back to try more and bring a friend. They have self-serve order screen, unless you're a regular. I'd suggest you go to the counter. Lol
