During my recent visit to Apollo Burger, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and accommodating service provided by the bartender and server. Even though I had placed an order for takeout, they went out of their way to offer me a few drinks and invited me to sit at the bar. Their sweetness and attentiveness made me feel welcome and added a personal touch to my experience.

Now, let's talk about the food. I must say, I was impressed by the quality and freshness of the dishes at Apollo Burger. I recently visited this burger spot and found the overall dining experience to be a bit underwhelming, earning it a score of 4/10. The burger, priced at $15.95, lacked the desired flavor, and the presentation left much to be desired with a messy appearance. The abundance of unsautéed onion rings, exceeding three, added to the disappointment.

One redeeming element was the flavorful pickles that stood out amidst the other components. However, the buns were slightly overcooked, diminishing the overall burger quality. Given the price point, I had anticipated a more satisfying culinary experience.

I haven’t done a food review in a minute. I went to @burgersatapollo for lunch/dinner . The location is on Telfair Rd. Camp Springs, MD ( behind Branch Ave. Metro Station). I got a bacon double cheeseburger , fries, and a Root Beer. Customer Service was excellent, restaurant was very inviting, great energy, clean and the music was on point with a large Flatscreen TV on ESPN. Now to the food as you can see in the pictures it was plenty of food. The burger was tender and juicy they gave me plenty of bacon, grilled onions and mushrooms. The burger was good . The fries were a little under cook. I wished the burger was more seasoned. But, overall I would go back. One thing personally for me at all restaurants is when the staff brings you a refill without you asking them. If that’s accomplished you have an “A” in my book. @burgersatapollo gets “A” just on that alone. It’s black owned business and I wanted to show my support.
