Ahhhh Dairy Queen. The luxury of the fast food options. Your food may take a tad longer and cost a bit more, but those fresh and juicy chicken strips, dipped in warm, delicious gravy, and those yummy blizzards, that are so satisfyingly served to you upside down, are worth it. You know it is. I mean, come on, how many times have you gone to a particular fast food place, craving a sweet, cold treat on a hot summer day, only to be told the ice cream machine is down?
I really enjoy the new location. There's so much more room. Its clean, more organized, and it just has a nicer aesthetic. I remember the old location always being rather chaotic.
The employees here are always nice as can be. Everyone was wearing masks at my last visit. The drive thru line was long, so I went inside to order and had my food in just a few minutes. Parking is close to the building and wheelchair accessible. There are patio tables with umbrellas outside, lounge areas, as well as your typical tables inside. The drive thru is located on the side of the building with the gas station. Bathrooms have always been clean. Freezer with cakes and goodies is always stocked. Lately I've been getting the 2 for $4 deal with an ice cream cake cup. They always have some sort of deal and...

Unfortunately, we just got back from going to this location and did not have a good experience. We ordered two blizzards, an ice cream cone, and some cheese curds to eat inside the restaurant. We ordered, sat down with our number, and waited. After waiting a few minutes, I went up to get some napkins and noticed our cheese curds sitting on the heating tray. I figured they would bring them out very shortly. 10 minutes later, they brought the cheese curds to us, no sign of our ice cream. The young man told us he would be right back with it. 10 more minutes later, I went to the counter and they must have realized they forgot about our ice cream. They started making it and we got it five minutes later. We were in the place for a total of 25 minutes for a very small order. Not very happy at all about...
Read moreMe & my wife used to work at dq as mangers and now that it’s moved the service has just gotten so terrible. The blizzards are never mixed well, you get to the bottom of the blizzard & it’s just white vanilla ice cream after you spend over $8 on blizzards that you can’t even enjoy. Tonight we thought we’d get chocolate ice cream instead so it wouldn’t be as big as of deal , we waited 10 minutes for 2 blizzards, no bag, no napkins & the spoon in the blizzard with the lid on it. I never handed things out like that so rude & annoying especially with ice cream all over the cup. We, when we worked for dq had the blizzards in bags, spoons & lids on them ready to go. I understand you have to show them upside down but most people want them in a bag after to eat for later. Just so annoying we usually go to a different dq since the service here has gone...
