2025- Well 4 years later, and this store STILL gets a less then 1 star from me, for several reasons.

First happened about 5 months ago when the manger was EXTREMELY RUDE to me, a disabled person, and NEVER APOLOGIES. Only resolution was we were given 6 coupons for items we never order

This last time happened last night when A HOUR placing a DELIVERY order through the CARL'S JR APP, I called the store, because that's what the instructions said when seeking help, the person answering the phone says "WE DONT DELIVER" GUESS WHAT!!!! ACCORDING TO YOUR APP WEBSITE, COMMERCIALS, ---- YOU DO DELIVER. Just because Doordash is the company you contract with , doesn't matter. ESPECIALLY when there is NOTHING that says you use a 3rd party for delivery. See pictures and prove me wrong.

2021 Went through drive thru. Person taking the order cut me off several times as I was placing order. Got to window where the Shift Leader Michelle, who was not abiding by COVID standards (not wearing a mask) hands me my drink and takes my card. When I told her she should talk to her employee about customer service, I was interrupted and told "She (the employee taking the order)was doing everything correctly. You were being rude". When I called back to the store to get the name and number of the District Manager, the Shift Leader Michelle, said to another employee, "Now he wants the name and number of the District Manager. Like he thinks that will do anything." This is not how you treat a customer. And if you think it will not go anywhere, Shift Leader Michelle, you better think again. I honestly don't know why I keep coming to this location. I guess there is an ember of hope for the few times they get something right that keeps the hope alive that they will be different this time. Problem is 9 times out of 10 it isn't. Every time I go here I am disappointed. Their spicy chickens are what I would describe as a wedge salad on a bun with a few bread crumbs and half a jar of mayonnaise. They frequently forget something and due to their wait times I either just go without it (and am sometimes out some money because of it) or I have to wait through a huge drive through line that builds up just to get something as simple as ranch. Or I can go inside and wait 10 minutes for the same thing since there is rarely someone at the counter.

If you like to waste money and sit in line for an upwards of 15 minutes for 2 burgers and a small fry (if you're lucky enough to get even that) then this is the place for you. Attitude check is needed. I'm tired of going and getting attitude. my money gets thrown back at me along with my order. Them not listening to what im ordering. And then forgetting some things in my order. Their milkshakes are basically milk and they say "it just happens to end up that way cause we make them". They can't make them thicker is what they say when I know they can cause They've done it. They are sooooooooo rude everytime I go. I've worked in the fast food business before so I get that it's not easy and some customers are rude but dang. Kill them with kindness and don't be rude to the people who make it able for you...
