Wow! I only wanted to give it a half star but I guess that isn't possible. Be warned. I called to order some food for the whole family and I got the impression that either that guy didn't care if he sold me anything or he was just busy or having a bad day. Turns out all of the above. I have never been treated so rudely when I went to spend money somewhere without being apologized two after I brought it to their attention. I wasn't aware that I was a rented mule. I went to pick up the food and brought it to the gentleman at the counters attention how badly I had been berated on the phone and he tore into me like I had knocked down a hornet's nest. I started argue, then stopped and thought be calm I'll get better results. I asked to speak to the manager and he said I and the manager. So I said could I speak to the owner if he's available? The young man at the counter turned to his left and said something the man that was preparing the food and he came over looked at me and said what's the problem! I said I was spoken to very rudely on the phone and when I brought it to this man's attention he started arguing with me and in so many words the owner said yes so what ! I seriously tried to become and explain to him that you don't treat paying customers that way. I came here because I heard they had good Italian dishes and that your food was recommended highly. He didn't seem to care one way or the other. Is his business so successful that he doesn't care? How do they stay in business? People put up with the attitude because the food is that good? The food was just average. 20 years ago when I acted that way comma before I grew up, I would have leaned over the counter and pulled both of them at the same time over the counter and introduce them to the front door without opening it. Most business owners take great pride in what they do. These guys - not. Two weeks ago my girlfriend wanted to go there and get some food because she heard it was good so I said sure I'll drive you. She said the back door was open, it was like an oven in there and there were enough flies in the dining room to carry you out the door. Probably because the back door was open to the kitchen with no screen I might add. Yummy. Places such as this don't need to exist. Hence I recommend it to everyone I know...

I ordered a pizza over the phone. Went to pick it up and was told they didn't have a ticket for it. The guy at the counter has NO people skills. He snottily said "are you sure you called the right number? So I told him the number I called and he said it was right. The owner was standing in the kitchen and said he could make one if I wanted to wait 10 minutes. Guy at the counter just stood there with a crappy look on his face instead of asking me if I still wanted it. Like I said no people skills. This is not the first time I have had to deal with his rudeness. The pizza is good so I just overlook it. Sooo.. My pizza was ready in 10 minutes. That's a plus. When he told me how much it was I asked if I was going to get a discount for the inconvenience. Like I said NO people skills. He stated, "I cant do that. There wasn't a ticket." (Felt like he was calling me a liar.) He said, "you will have to ask the owner". Why should I ask him. Aren't you the one who screwed up? So the owner gave me a measly 3 dollars off. Not good business practice. Maybe you should keep a better eye on your employees. Seems like all they are doing every time I am in there is playing. Not impressed. Ordered a pizza on the phone mentioning a coupon that is currently on their website. Got to the place and was told I needed to actually print the coupon not show it on my phone. What?! Is it 2021 or 1991? The pizza went from $23 to $38 just like that. The coupons themselves do not mention this, but apparently this little detail is mentioned somewhere on the website. My son picked the pizzas up so they charged my credit card $38 and sent him on his way. I called back to mention this and the owner hung up on me. Won’t return. Pizza is mediocre anyway.
