Subway — Restaurant in Canton Township

This was a humiliating experience, courtesy of "Steve" working at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, June 1. I had been sitting in rush hour traffic and stopped off the highway after work to pick up dinner for my family. Having been in the car, I was also in desperate need of a restroom. I rushed into the store and headed straight to the restroom.

After washing my hands, I reached for my wallet and realized I left it in my car. The employee was helping another customer anyhow, so I headed out to the car for my wallet.

Just as the door was closing - and in the middle of making another customer's sandwich - Steve beckoned, "Sir! Sir!"

"Just for future reference, those aren't public restrooms."

The other customers turned to look at me, and I felt the color rush out of my face. I was humiliated.

I will not return to this location again. This was an unnecessarily embarrassing and demeaning comment made by...

If I could give zero stars I would. Only go to this location if you want to be treated poorly. The owner of this location(Shawn)is the rudest man I have ever met and I am not mincing words at all...I will never buy from this location again solely because I would be revolted by the idea of him gaining any profit from me whatsoever. Bless his poor wife’s heart, she has to go home to him every night. Outstandingly rude human being. Doesn’t allow substitutions and is also vehemently stingy with just about everything. Yelled at me for asking if there was any soup at 11:00..”isn’t it obvious I’m doing something else right now?” I started laughing because I thought he was kidding but then he said he was being serious. It’s very apparent someone suffers from little man...

Terrible terrible terrible !!!! They gave me the wrong sandwich. When I got back to work I I realized i then tried to call the store to just make them aware. But then they would not answer their phone. After multiple times calling/phone timing until it wouldn't ring anymore SOMEONE FINALLY PICKED UP but didn't speak English. I asked them to take down my phone number and have the manager call me back. Her nobody called me back for 2 hours I got off work and went back to the store. The manager there tried to act like he wasn't the manager and that he did not know the store number to search I wanted to write a review. But I had to tell me that he's trying to raise a 10 month old girl BLAH, BLAH, BLAH! I will never go to this SUBWAY...
