Yesterday spent the morning fishing on the Farmington River, which by the way has many spots with excellent access to great fishing. Lunch time we went into Collinsville and settled on eating at Lasalle Market and Deli. Atmosphere smacks you as soon as you walk in, a great community feel and the place was buzzing. Bikers, hikers, walkers and yes even a couple of fishermen. the menu has something for everyone, and we both ordered the Vermont-er sandwich. Great choice, large sandwich with smoked turkey, havarti cheese, bacon and sliced apples on sourdough bread. great sandwich great taste very filling. Service was great, my kind of place. There is some outdoor seating available. Also close to canoe rental and the Farmington River Trail steps away. Would not hesitate to recommend this deli to anyone, really great stop.

8.13.23 Lots of parking all around. This place is next door to the summer, Sunday Farmers Market. It's next to the bike trail, near Crown n Hammer, Grindstone Tavern, and Collinsville Kayak/canoe rental. You can dine indoors or outdoors and it's self serve in that you go up to the counter to order and omg, there are so many cool and amazing things to choose from. Don't worry, they have kid friendly things too, such as pizza, hot dogs, grilled chjese. And for you beer drinkers, they have that too. Once you order and pay, you sit down, and they bring your food to you. There's free water you serve yourself. The food is amazing. The stuff is fast and helpful. Overall, this is a great venue to stop for a drink or a bite and to people watch.

This quaint restaurant sits in beautiful Collinsville along side the Farmington river. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. The food is fresh and delicious. I highly recommend an order of waffle fries with whatever great sandwich you chose to get. Try a slice of pizza too, it is one of the best in the area. Great beer and wine list. Outdoor patio is dog friendly. It is also a mission driven eatery owned by a non profit organization. Every dollar spent goes into programs that employee persons with disabilities. It’s the kind of place that you want to sit down in, relax and watch the world go by.

Relaxing atmosphere, amazing food, and super SUPER friendly service. I was on the fence about what to get. The woman who took my order was absolutely awesome. She took the time to tell me what she liked and what was most popular. This is the best type of establishment. Care about their customers, take pride in their products, and don't mind dealing with an indecisive customer. I stopped here while I was between calls at work and got "the Vermonter" (I apologize if I misspelled), but hot damn. This was a mouth-watering sandwich bursting with flavor. I inquired about the pizza because I saw it when I went to get a drink and it looked like some true and delicious New york style pie. I'm a sucker for a good pie. I was then told everything was made fresh and in-house. Could you ask for more? Amazing service and amazing atmosphere with pretty good prices. On the price note, no matter what you're paying for, the saying, "You get what you pay for," is true. This may be a few bucks more than a *'s fast food take out but, I promise you, this is quality food and service that you won't get at any fast food joint. If you're in the area, stop here. You won't regret it at all. Can't wait to come back and try the pizza. Thank you guys for an amazing service and quality...

LaSalle Market is my hometown favorite! I have been frequenting this place since I was 3 years old. It has changed several times over the years, and I think its current state may be the one I like best. The food is amazing, and there are lots of gluten free options! They have a breakfast and lunch menu and make their own pizza. There are a lot of sandwiches with recipes you’ve probably never dreamed of! My favorite thing on the menu is the egg and cheese croissant; it is to die for!!! They sell coffee, bottled drinks, desserts—you just can’t go wrong here! Friday nights from 6 to 10:30 are Open Mic Night, for which you are welcome to sign up. LaSalle also has an “art gallery” that showcases local artist. Street parking can be a bit tricky, since everyone loves to visit Collinsville, one of the top 10 coolest towns in America! Outdoor seating is available, which is always fun in the nice weather, and you can even bring your dog! There is so much to do in our town—eating, shopping, museums, antiquing, kayaking, walking, biking! There is also a seasonal farmer’s market just around the corner from LaSalle! You could really make a day of it in beautiful downtown Collinsville!!! If you’re ever nearby, I implore you to stop at LaSalle! There’s a Mindbender with...

Stopped in with my friend and our three children. We weren’t welcomed with a hello or anything. I asked a simple question if ordering needed to be done at the register then we would find a seat…that question was met with a rude yes. We then figured out what we wanted to order and got into line. I went to the register and ordered with the woman…they were out of the special I wanted so I needed to pick someone else. I said I’m so sorry it’s going to take me a minute because I didn’t have a second choice in mind. Instead of being met with oh no problem, take your time..do you mind if I can take the man behind you. I was met with I’ll cancel your order and take the person behind you so they aren’t waiting for you. Just completely rude, eye rolling of our kids with us (sorry but children that are 2 & 3 are allowed to be out in the world too and not met with eye rolls) it’s not like we were taking our kids into an upscale restaurant. Either way…never going back. Can’t say anything about the food because we left...
