McDonald's — Restaurant in Canton

From a managerial standpoint this place is an absolute joke. As a manager of a customer service/food establishment myself I am embarrassed for whoever runs this place on a day to day basis. I go there on occasion with my children because it’s the closest McDonalds to my home. Each time I go in there the place is an absolute disaster. There are 3-5 employees standing behind the counter fooling around-laughing, hollering, swearing, on their phones. Most of the females have hair falling all over the places in loose ponytails. All of the tables are always disgusting, the napkins/lids/straws are empty or near empty. Half the fountain drinks are always empty and spitting out soda water. The last time I went in, the three employees were behind the counter making comments about how they want to shoot one of the rude drive through customers with a gun. I fully understand the stress and demands that come with a customer service position but nothing in this establishment ever seems to improve or change. Unfortunately being it such a large chain I don’t think anything will ever be done...

Rarely go here but I went once each in August, September and October. August I got to the window and they handed me a large ice coffee - that was nice - I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and a hash brown - practically the same thing except they couldn't find my order after I paid for it. Finally just gave it to me but took back the coffee. Indian giver. September I ordered 2 McMuffins. I got 1 McMuffin and 1 Biscuit. I completed their on line survey and asked them to contact me. Still waiting. This week again - 2 breakfast sandwiches - i got one. Called the telephone number posted on the building that says the owners would love to hear from you. B.S. - was some corporate flunky that said they'd pass on the message after taking my number and address. That was Monday - today is Friday. They must have lost it. The staff can often be unfriendly and if you call to report an incident to the managers do not expect an answer back. I was short changed by ten dollars and pointed it out immedialely to which the cashier said she realized it but the shift head said I would have to wait til the next day for verification. I left my info and after 3 days started reaching out to owner/managers. After a month of this I gave up and never went back. Others I know have had questionable experiences at this location also. Update: decided to give them another try as it was late and just getting out of work. Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and when we got home found they only had one patty per sandwich. Going back to avoiding this location and would suggest others do also. The owners of this franchise just don't care and will not respond...
