So, I have a large family in my home. I ordered online and faced some issues where I was booted out of what I was doing and has to start all over. I tried to put a tip, and I thought I put a tip, but somehow that did not go through. I managed to pay, but no tip due to the problems I had from the website. I did not know this at the time that the tip did not go through. The delivery man came with our food and my brother took the food. He gave me the recipe to sign, and I didn't put a tip because like I said, I thought I already did. My brother gave the man the recipe and the man says, "no tip?" My brother responded, "I assumed she already tipped you." The man then makes a threat and says, "okay, ill remember this house next time." My brother then asked for his name, in turn the man refuses to give it by merely copying my brother. He takes off in him white Prius. My brother is Autistic, disabled, and has Psychosis. I called the Restaurant and spoke to a pleasant lady and tolk her what happend. I offered to even pay the man the tip and she said that considering how this man behaved, that was completely unnecessary. Even as I was speaking to her, my phone ends the call, which also shows the problems i was having that day with the website and my phone. Called immediately after order was placed to see how long it would be before it was delivered. I was told it would take 90 minutes for delivery 30 minutes for pick up. I changed it to pickup. After 30 minutes I sent to have the order to picked and it was not ready. I called the manager (Don) and he began to tell me how shorthanded they were and should not be much longer. Like this was our fault. 30 minutes later it was still not ready. I called back again and the manager said that it was sitting in the warmer. When we finally got the order and got back home the order was not correct. They had forgotten to give us our order of chicken wings. Called manager once again and of course this time he tried to blame the guy I sent to pick my order up for forgetting the wings. How could this be his fault. He was just picking up the order in my name. He did not know what all was ordered. I went to go pick up the wings and the Don would not come to the drive thru window to even speak to me. Ā Ā Ā Read moreSoon where do I start... let's begin with entering the restaurant there was spilt marinara right in front of the entrance inside that my 4 year old didn't see and walked through with flip flops... none of the tables were clean the waitress told us to find a seat and didn't even offer to wipe our table we ended up doing it.. mind you this place isn't busy there is on party of 2 seated and our party of 4... the waitress brought our menus and crayons for the kids my 4 year old couldn't open her pack of crayons so the waitress to open it with her teeth... we ordered our drinks and repeat our drink order 4 times.. we went ahead and ordered our food a 10 piece of cheese sticks, a stuffed crust pizza and 1 salad... the waitress took our salad to the wrong table š remember there were only 2 tables seated.... the our bread sticks were taken to the wrong table the manager brought out our pizza and I asked about our cheese sticks and he said oh it was taken to the wrong table.. he said he would bring them and that we wouldn't have to pay for them but we ended up having to which I don't mind I was just ready to go by that point..
