I was so excited to have Brew Kettle in Canton at HOF Village. I understand start up and staffing issues, however I have experienced issues in both of my recent visits. The last visit was disappointing as HOF Village was hosting a USFL game and if you want to eat at one of the Village restaurants it appears you will have to pay $15 dollars to park even if you are eating 2 hours before the event. It is challenging to say the least to park and visit the restaurants in this area, but nearly impossible if there is an HOF event. We had very slow service at the Brew Kettle, despite the fact that we got there around 5:30 and it was not busy. The food is over priced for the amount and quality. In addition I ordered a chicken sandwich that cost $15, it was served dry, no mayo, mustard or other sauce and was charged an addition .50 cents when I asked for mayo. This is a turn off. A friend ordered a salad with dressing on the side and the greens were floating in water. I will stop in for a beer as long as there is no event that will force me to pay $15 to park, but I will be taking a break on the food. I do have to say that the patio and view...

We asked to sit on the outside patio since it was nice out and it's really nice out there. The building was very clean, the outside patio was very clean and has a great view of the football field. Our waitress was very helpful and prompt. Our drinks came out very fast and so did the appetizer. We got the pretzel, which is huge and delicious. I got a flight of beers and all of them tasted good.
The food: I got a pulled pork sanwhich. The meat itself was very tasty but, there were some tough spots in it, possibly from being over cooked. The bottom bun was soggy from butter, which I mentioned to the waitress that they may want to lighten up on the butter. The coleslaw and fries were reallllly good. The chicken biscuit sandwich was good and so was the cheesesteak sandwhich, but, all the meat was kind of tough on all of them as well. All in all, all the food has the flavor, just needs a little tweaking on the cook time. The kids food came out fine and there was no complaining, lol. Great atmosphere to eat and we...
Read moreI don’t normally leave reviews, but my experience with Danielle at the Brew Kettle was so unprofessional it deserves to be called out. From the start, she was dismissive and inattentive, acting as though customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason she had a job. Simple requests were met with eye rolls and an irritated tone.
On top of that, she was openly talking down to other employees in front of guests, which was uncomfortable and unprofessional to watch. It created a toxic atmosphere that made it clear she doesn’t respect her coworkers any more than she respects customers.
Service was slow, disorganized, and rude. Drinks were wrong, and instead of correcting things with any courtesy, she acted put out by the inconvenience.
The Brew Kettle usually has a great vibe, but Danielle’s attitude ruined the experience. If management cares about customer satisfaction and their staff, they need to seriously reevaluate whether she belongs...
