I love the freshly sliced, in front of you, meats and cheeses. Plus the fresh bread and top quality veggies are always a plus. I also like that there are options of hot and cold subs. "Mike's Way" is the way to go when having your subs made, you will not be disappointed. Never thought about having oil and vinegar on anything let alone my sub, but now it's all I eat, especially here. Not only is the food awesome, the staff is great as well. Always have a smile, willing to help, and knowledgeable of their menu and options. Make sure you sign up for an acct to earn and redeem rewards for free subs and other items. Worst place ever, ordered on phone, got there, luckily I looked at ticket, totally wrong, had to wait again for the subs to be made correctly. They better be glad I noticed it before I drove back home, 15 minutes away. 2nd time they have screwed up my order. The kid at Register wouldn't look at anybody, obviously he knows, don't know who owns this one, but you might want to be there from the time it opens til it closes. Service like this, in a world climate full of pessimism and negativity, is extremely welcomed and appreciated. Excellent food and attention to customers in real time is a luxury. I received a sample of their club sandwich in a salad bowl, only because I mentioned how good it looked. It was awesome, but the immediate reaction to my comment proved how in tune and real time they are. I didn't remember his name, but I appreciate the gesture of kindness, and I know he raised the bar on service to customers.
