Wendy's — Restaurant in Cape Coral

I’m not usually one to post reviews or really complain, but when I’m charged $10 for food that wasn’t what I wanted and completely over priced for what I received, it’s a little irritating. I ordered 2 honey butter chicken biscuits and 1 honey butter biscuit literally just the biscuit. The gentleman over the headset thought I wanted a honey butter chicken biscuit no honey butter and then wrung in a honey butter chicken biscuit no chicken or honey butter. On the menu there is a simple honey butter biscuit just the biscuit option. I tried reiterating what I wanted and he clearly was not understanding what I was asking for. So I pull up to the window. I double check my order face to face. I wanted 2 honey butter chicken biscuits and the a honey butter biscuit just the biscuit. He rudely tells his I’m assuming manager that I’ve changed my mind again even though I’ve asked for the same order 3 times now, it’s just not being comprehended. After I assume it’s fixed I get charged $10 (seems right for 2 $4 chicken biscuits, a $1+ plain biscuit + tax) and told to pull forward and wait and I do. I get my order and to no surprise I get a chicken biscuit no honey butter and 2 plain with absolutely nothing on them biscuits for $10. Please let this be a training moment to A) improve hospitality towards guest even when it’s busy or short staffed And B) train the employees the full menu and how to ring in an order properly and how to correct guests that don’t know the ins and outs of how to order on said menu in a kind educational manner. Will most likely not be returning to this location as it’s the only location that I’ve had issues with and terrible...

Just went through their drive thru it was the worst experience ever!! Unfortunately not the first time either you got the try again and yet again you FAILED miserably well even worse ordered a Biggie bag and 2 Jr BACON cheeseburgers waited for a good 10 minutes then greeted if thats what you call it with an amount no other interaction waited another 5 minutes at least no receipt given of course then I'm practically thrown a bag wide open without it being sealed ok remember I ordered a Biggie bag and those usually come in their own bag like an adult Happy Meal well no everything thrown in together and every one of the sandwiches not even compketely wrapped then drive all the way home and hubby cannot wait for his Jr BACON cheeseburgers open the half wrapped COLD burger with NO BACON are you kidding me neither burger has bacon is freaking cold and they DON'T answer their phone either it goes directly to a busy signal well let's leave it at your establishment sucks snd THANK YOU FOR NOTHING other than...

ATTENTION VIEWERS- THIS IS A MESSAGE OF POWERFUL-NESS. I worked at this joint from August to this past Sunday. It was cool but then Corrie who's one of the managers cussed at me (I'm autistic so I'm more sensitive than most to that) over something I PROBABLY DIDN'T EVEN DO. Then I made the grave mistake of snatching something up outta her hands, then she proceeded to cry that it was "assault"?? WHAT? You know how much stuff I got snatched outta my hands when I was a kid? I never once cried assault. It'll just go to show that managers + HR don't care about their employees that they see multiple times outta the week, yet they have a deep, and arguably fake care for customers that they'll probably NEVER SEE AGAIN IN THEIR LIVES. Having typed all that, we should all build time machines....
