So to start the evening off I thought let me order a pizza so I dnt have to get out and go shop, I’m home after work and bummed . Not thinking it threw , not remembering that they suckkkkkkkkk . . Customer service is needed at an all time High , I understand that your online is messed up not anyone’s fault . But if you’re gonna have an online service make sure it works Reo Smith Manager . We will refund your payment ok so what do I do for tonight . Itz not Your fault u couldn’t add my emergency pizza with my order . Aww I dnt know he says Mr. Reo Smith . I inform him of the wait etc and me changing my mind about this review he didn’t seem to care. Itz ok Reo Smith I will be calling over and speaking to corporate cause you seem to be confused . The customer is always right and is serviced . In this case I was not valued are even taken serious . You are a Pathetic human being & need to find another job. I ordered a pizza around 11PM. At about 12 I finally got a message saying the driver was pulling up. No one ever showed up. I called 2 times, and the first time was immediately dismissed because, “he has 2 orders he’s delivering.” About 40 minutes of more waiting went by, and I finally called again. This time I was told my pizza had definitely been delivered to my house. It definitely had not. I haven’t even left the chair by my door this whole time because I have bad heating and wanted to make sure I heard the doorbell ring. Now it’s 1:20AM, and I never got any dinner. This young lady was absolutely rude and hateful because she made an honest mistake!
