We ordered over $50 worth of food on the app and then the lady in the drive thru said they couldn’t make our food right now because she is supposed to be on her break and the other worker is outside right now. We asked if we could just get our money back and she said she couldn’t do that. So you have an opened store in the middle of the day and they’re just not making orders? Finally she said let me go see if the other person can come in and make your food. What a joke. Maybe don’t take your break if you’re the only worker and your restaurant is open. She finally got a worker in there to make the food and still took her break. It was over 25 minutes until she had our order ready. I know it will come as a shock but the order was wrong and when we told the worker this she argued with us. We waited so long back in the drive thru line that we eventually left without our missing food. While we were waiting we saw this worker yelling at another customer in front of us. Read moreI came here a few weeks ago, was told to park and wait for my food. There was no spot in the parking lot, so I can back around (there was no line). The assistant manager then yelled at me to park, swore at me, and then told me I was being shitty. I left a bad review and the manager called, offered a free meal, and said they were short staffed. I stupidly accepted and took down the review. Well, today I went in for an interview, since they claimed to be short staffed. I waited outside for about 10 minutes before someone finally opened the window and greeted me "WHAT?" When I said I was there for an interview, she shut the window. I waited for another good 5 minutes and then she came back to tell me they won't be interviewing me because the manager "just left". Either this was a kiss off or the manager doesn't know how to do their job. Either way, it contributes to the fact that I have never had a good experience here and I will never return for any reason. I am also filing a complaint with the corporate office, because that is the worst service I have...
Read moreWe arrived at the store approximately 245pm, waited at the drive throught to order behind another car, the only one there for about 10mins..ordered..we were told we couldn't get regular cheese fries, we had to order the loaded ones..we got two..then two fish extra tartar sauce.. chicken bites n fries, bacon cheddar double burger and fries..we waited another 10 to 15 mins at the window before they pulled us forward, then waited right at 30mins in the front to relieve a bag of subpar food..bacon cheddar burger had no condiments, no bacon just two patties and cheese between them, not cheddar..two loaded fried with hardly any cheese, two fish I had to eat with a fork cause the tartar sauce was all over it, and chicken bites that were hard..all cold!!! The only thing hot was the single fries that came with the burger..the manager was nice, but the cashier was very dry..almost to the point if rude!! The Jackson store is very good, I will never again eat at the cape store..not even if they offered free food...
