Subway — Restaurant in Capitol Heights

The male worker at this Subway was very rude and never honors any coupons Subway prints out. For example, I had a buy footlong, get one free coupon. My son wanted The Great Garlic sub. Bacon comes on the sub, as listed in the ingredients that is advertised on their menu. He tried to say that this is extra and there is an additional charge. He also said that the coupon does not cover this. I told him that my son didn't request extra bacon, he just wanted the sub as it was listed on the menu. He got very nasty with me, and I told him that I would report him to the corporate office and left. I went to another Subway and they honored the coupon and these young ladies were very professional and gave great customer service. The restaurant was very clean and the food was neatly organized. DO NOT SUPPORT THE ADDISON ROAD LOCATION!! The man is very rude to customers in our community, doesn't honor Subway's coupons as written, AND CHEATS and ROBS CUSTOMERS BY OVERCHARGING FOR ITEMS THAT AUTOMATICALLY COME...

The guy behind the counter was so rude. He locked both restrooms and told me that there someone in there for so long. He can’t do anything and proceeded to tell me that if I don’t like it I can call the police 😳

I responded calmly that no I don’t want to create a scene then I suppose this guy felt bad and told me to go use the bathroom in the laundromat next door. Again I responded that it’s not a big deal and I am your customer not the laundromat’s customer.

I walked into this subway on a friday. It was pretty slow so it was kind of quiet. Heading back toward the bathroom I end up stuck behind an employee who was taking his precious time to get back behind the counter. No big deal. I continue walking behind him. Then I see him extend his arm to the wall. HE WIPED A BOOGER ON THE WALL! Serious no fuc×s given. So I say thats disgusting. He turns around and mumbles something I said I saw you that's nasty.
