It is so disappointing to have to give the lowest rating. One the occasion I was able to speak with someone, the customer service was fine. There were times, however when no one was available at the front desk or answered phone calls. And the BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT OF ALL was the condition of my unit due to RODENT FECES, URINE, A NEST AND A DEAD MOUSE. My unit contained NO FOOD or NO PERISHABLE ITEMS. I followed all the customer rules and guidelines. My unit is organized, everything is stacked and easily accessible. I check on the unit periodically throughout the year, I have seen droppings and I have said something about it in the past. But this was THE WORST I’ve ever seen it. I do not believe these storages are treated/receive pest control treatment on a regular basis. Because of the horrid smell and stains in my furniture and fabric items, I HAD TO THROW SOME OF MY BELONGINGS AWAY. The young lady who works here stated “It doesn’t have to be your unit, but neighboring units that could have food” and she also said could file a claim. I am upset and disheartened. Equally as embarrassed as I have hired movers to move my things immediately and they have to be subject to the sights and smells of rodent evidence. The entire staff ALWAYS ALWAYS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE HIM FEEL WELCOMED This says alot because my dad was a senior AND ANYBODY WHO GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR OUR SENIORS ARE A VERY VERY MUCH NEEDED BUSINESS IN OUR COMMUNITY THE on-site manager Ebony ALWAYS ALWAYS MADE MY DAD FEEL GOOD AND THE REST OF THE STAFF FOLLOWED SUIT. WITH THE ON-SITE MANAGER EBONY always being and A-1 TOP TIER PROFESSIONAL AND HER STAFF ALWAYS FOLLOWING HER LEAD IT WAS EASY FOR ME TO MAKE EXTRA SPACE STORAGE MY GO TO FOR ALL MY STORAGE NEEDS . Very very very neat and clean site and storage unit's VERY VERY PRICE FRIENDLY Very clean storage unit's as far as the cleanliness I'd have to say extra space storage is the best around I love most the way they treat each and every customer making EVERYONE...

I am complicated, jump from subject to subject, and hard to please at times You should know that both these emotionally intelligent and patient ladies were not only capable of dealing with my idiosyncrasies, but were more than willing to help me out. We're a small account but you know more than anyone that 'drops fill buckets'. To that end, I was so impressed with these esteemed women, that I couldn't help but write to you and share my experience with them and recommend this facility to others because of these 2 superstars.

If they can ably accommodate me, I would be hard-pressed to suggest any human alive that they couldn't accommodate.
