Fiss — Restaurant in Carlisle

I love fizz. -Their food- I am just a teenager so if you’re as naïve as the adult I will writing about, please skip. If you go to fizz a lot you’ll know that the staff there are pretty welcoming, interactive, an all around friendly. Now as you’ll see that doesn’t match up to my “atmosphere” rating. There has been 3 interactions between me and a worker, Matthew. Do i know Matthew? No. Does he have a reason to constantly go above an beyond to be disrespectful to me? No. I say 1 star atmosphere because of Matthew. As well as friends/ others I have heard or talked to about Matthew. Every time before I go into fizz I am hoping he is not in there. And when he is. The atmosphere is not comfortable, not warming/nor welcoming. He has failed to give bare minimum service to multiple people, that just want to enjoy their small town food. My son and I both live in Carlisle, and he took me to lunch at Fiss not long after we moved here. I have to say that this place should make SUBy ashamed of them selves, as Fiss actually puts meat on their sandwiches and serves quality for a great price as well. I have gone to Fiss on my own for my dinner after work and i have never ever been disappointed. Fiss is #1 in my book, I'll never go to SUBy again. Friendly and courteous staff. Clean environment. I hadn't visited Fiss in years! It was such a treat to stop for a bite to eat and find the food is as good as ever and the ice cream is still out of this world!
