I want to make something clear. The owner and employees are fantastic at Carlisle Hardware. That said, the rental company that they partner with is horrible. They will not fix their machines and blame you as operator error. They would not listen to the issues, just blame the issue on the client. I talked to the repair dept. several times and they couldn't get it fixed. Asked for some compensation for spending hours trying to make the lift work. I will not rent from them again. Carlisle Hardware shows on their site that they are the company with equipment rentals. Not the other company. And all Carlisle Hardware said was that their hands were tied and I would have to work with the other company even though I rented from Carlisle Hardware. The contract stated Carlisle...

Super helpful every single time I’ve ever been there. They always have what I need, and there have been a couple of times I went in with an odd request. They always stop what they’re doing, and go back with me to figure out what they have there to get me going and back on my way. I love this store. Always has what we are looking for! Plus, and I’m honestly nervous about sharing this secret, but their flowers/plants have been the healthiest I’ve found in a 20 mile radius.
