One quick look at the menu and I was thinking about bread in a way that I never have before. I figured I had to give the local shop a shot, and I could not be happier that I did. The aged cheddar and apple focaccia was unlike anything I've ever eaten, and the granola feels like the most wholesome and healthy thing I may have ever consumed. I am not one to usually venture out of my comfort zone, but I'm happy to have found this treasure. Lastly, but most importantly, the people who run this place are genuinely GOOD people. Update: About a week or so later. Just tasting the Crusty Italian bread. It is perfect. I didn’t want to cut into it because it was so artistic. But, but I did and it is beautiful.
