Little Mexico tacos — Restaurant in North Middleton Township

This restaurant is truly impressive! Finally, Carlisle has a delightful spot for authentic tacos. I enjoyed their perfectly cooked chicken and pork tacos, which were simply delicious. The sauces served alongside added a fantastic touch. If I had one minor critique, it would be that the tacos varied slightly in their consistency. Some pork tacos had pineapple while others did not, and the same applied to the presence of onions. Addressing this small inconsistency would make it a perfect 5-star experience for me. Nevertheless, it was definitely worth a visit, and I thoroughly enjoyed...

I've been purchasing their tacos since they was slinging them out of the backyard. To see it grow into an official spot on the map is beyond inspiring. I am truly so proud to see this happen for them. They've worked so hard to get here and deserve all of the credit!

And yes...the food, drinks and service has been A1 from day one! Some of the best tacos I've ever had and some of the most gracious people I've ever met. If you haven't already, check them out ASAP! I promise you won't be...

Nice place, good service. Food was good but a couple suggestions... There was a little bit of hard-fat in the steak (easy to spit out, but some people may be turned off. I'd like to see a layer of parchment paper under the food so not in contact with the aluminum container. I wish there was a way to call in an order before arriving, so don't have to wait for food, when in a hurry during lunch break. Many of us are gluten sensitive so having that option...
