We have stopped in several times this week, every time the service has been excellent! The employees are doing a great job of keeping the place clean and neat. Everyone is courteous and ready to help with anything you need. Seems like management is doing it right in this place, and I appreciate it!

Nice clean restaurant. Polite employees. Good service. Removing one star for too high of prices. Almost $3.00 for a small fountain drink!!?? Come on DQ! I won’t pay that. 1 chicken strip basket and 2 Small blizzards was just short if $21.00. 😡

Our experiences here vary each time we go here. I absolutely love the chicken strip basket and ask for two sides of gravy each time. But almost every time I've asked for it and didn't get it. Also, there was a young lady working the drive-thru window who was not very kind at all. She didn't bother to greet us, smile 9r even tell us thank you or to have a nice night. My Husband and I go here quite often for a meal before we go to Wal-Mart and spend anywhere between $20-$30 every time. It would be nice if our business actually felt appreciated and NOT that we were a bother. Otherwise, we could just take our...

Not everyone there is nice and friendly. My friend and her two girls ordered 2 burger specials at $7 and one blizzard. This $20 order cost her $30. Why? Because the employee didn't hear her say "daily special" so he rang the items separately. Seriously! She did say the magic words but he could not have recognized the order as a daily special? He couldn't ask or double check? And he refused to correct his error. How incredibly ignorant for an employee to treat a customer like this. It is truly disgusting how incompetent young people...

Drive thru service. Had a couple errands to run and Wife wanted Dairy Queen. She wanted Lebanon IL, store, but we chose this one to sit by Carlyle Lake.

The food was pathetic. 7 dollar meal cheeseburger and Double Burger Cheese Specialty meal.

Both burgers were lukewarm, even though they were busy. It seems more and more that employees no longer care about the quality of food or any product for that matter.

The ice cream was good though. Will choose Lebanon location or Breese Dairy King ...
