Hardee's — Restaurant in Carlyle

Hardee's in Carlyle Illinois is by far the worst experience I've ever had...if it's not old cold food, old over salted fries or food prepared without sanitation methods.....the service is by far the worst. Young kids that care about nothing but playing on their phones in the back. I do not recommend going here at all. My wife ordered 2 breakfast platters at 10 am on 03/09/23, after she returned home we came to find there was no gravy in the platters. I called up to the Hardee's and was welcomed with an attitude when I explained they forgot to put gravy in the order. I told her I would back back to get the gravy. When I arrived there was no one on the front line for 5 min straight. I honored my horn to try to get someone's attention cause I know they knew I was coming for the gravy. No one came. 10 minutes later still no one came so I cracked the drive thru window and yelled for someone. That's when a young worker darted from out of the back rushed to the window and locked it while throwing profanity at me. While walking away she flipped me the bird through the window and walked out of sight...needless to say I never received my gravy...instead I was met with rude service...COURTNEY that works at Carlyle Illinois Hardee's....worst employee ever...you...

We had to repeat our order to the girl at the window 7 times. We ordered a number 2 large with curls and a Ski, and a Spicy Chicken only ketchup and cheese. We get to window and it's something completely different. I would like to note thst the manager on duty said a manager walked off at end of her shift and didn't stay to help a NEW manager and her crew. That's type of stuff people need reprimanded for. This is why good help is scarce anymore.... Props to the 2 young ladies who apologized and explained their situation that day. This was January 8, 2023 about 2 in...

This location really needs employees. My daughter and I went and got all the way to the window (inside is still closed) to find out they ran out of biscuits. Opted to wait for fresh ones which was supposed to be 5 mins but ended up being like 10. They shorted us a sandwich and the one we did get was burnt and dry but it was free. They won’t stay in business like this very long. The owners need to be aware and get this place running...
