Starbucks follow up review

I wrote a review on this business a few years back and this establishment did a 180 for the better of course!

I can confidently say that my local Starbucks is more than just a coffee shop—it’s a community hub that never fails to impress! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The baristas here go above and beyond to remember names and favorite drinks, making every visit feel personal.

The coffee is consistently top-notch, with perfectly crafted lattes, bold espressos, and refreshingly smooth cold brews. Whether you’re grabbing a quick pick-me-up or settling in for some work, the ambiance is just right—cozy, clean, and always inviting.

Service is fast and efficient, even during busy morning rushes. I also appreciate the attention to detail in every order, ensuring accuracy and quality. Plus, the seasonal drinks and bakery items never disappoint!

If you’re looking for a Starbucks that truly cares about its customers and delivers an exceptional experience every time, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

I did not 5 star this place as my wife works...

Ordered a grande cappuccino in a real cup. Not sure if that upset them because I see they normally serve in to-go cups. They slung the coffee at me with coffee all over the sides. By the time I walked over and sat down the foam disappeared and there was less than half the amount normally in the cup. I’m visiting the area(I once lived here near this Starbucks. Tasted horrible so I just dumped it in the trash and left. This Starbucks is FILTHY. Whoever is running the management of this area should be ashamed of themselves to let it get in this condition. I live overseas and the difference in quality of Starbucks there couldn’t be more different. I also noticed the baked goods are shrinking in size. To charge over $10 for a cap and a croissant is absurd when the quality is this terrible, then have the nerve to ask for tips after standing in line. I’m done with Starbucks they have definitely...

Of all the Starbucks locations I've visited, this one stands out by a long shot. The staff are very friendly, provide quick service even during the busiest of times (without seeming rushed or annoyed), and appear happy to be there! In my books, they are truly the definition of "Above and Beyond!" I typically order a customized Iced Green Tea Latte, and whereas other locations' baristas have seem annoyed by this, the baristas here do not and the drink has always tasted the best!

On a different note: today I witnessed the manager (or perhaps shift supervisor, or other kind of manager) explain very politely to some young men who had appeared to make a comment to an employee, that Starbucks is a safe place. They had taken away the safety of the store for that employee, and they needed to leave. The young men did not seem thrilled, but did listen, and I have much respect for how she handled...
