KFC — Restaurant in Carol Stream

I have not used my debit card in over a week .& yesterday i was in this carol stream drive through as i used my debit card to make a purchase while i was on lunch . I do not normally work in the area in which i was near this exact KFC location . I was scheduled near this KFC to cover another employee on vacation . This morning i woke up to charges on my card that are an hour away from this location . Now , I do live & had to travel an hour to work the location in my company i covered for another employee but it is in the complete opposite direction from which these charges on my account occured from . I have never been in a drive thru that they close the window on you when you hand them your payment method which should have been my first indicator something was off . The worker at this location did did infact take a little too long to process my payment & hand me my card . I had not thought anything at this time . It wasnt until i woke up and seen my account negative $500 that i the pieces started coming together . I have made no online purchases , i have no automatic bill payments set up .& yet i was negative for transactions made i did not make .& in areas i had never been too . I firmly believe someone at KFC used my card information to scam me . This is beyond ridiculous seeing as the this was first time i use my card in over a week . The bank did refund my money .& put in a claims transaction . My advice , DO NOT go to this location or DO NOT hand these people...

The staff here is amazing! I came here for my lunch break and accidently ordered the wrong meal. I was looking at the price and said #8 please, all I waned was that picture of the chicken sandwich in my mouth. I was confused why they asked me for white or dark meat on my sandwich but still went with it lol. Its just been a long week and I forgot my head. When I pulled away and saw what I actually ordered, I was horrified because its something id never eat. I have a bad experience eating chicken with bones in. I went back through the drive thru and spoke to the kind gentleman at the window with glasses and a hat. I explained that I totally messed up when ordering. He was so sweet, understanding and said some very kinds words. He made me the correct sandwich and oh boy, was it the best chicken sandwich ever!!! They couldn't take the other chicken back so I donated it to someone else who was hungry. Thank you Carol...

I used to give KFC slack because you know what you're getting into when you go. But I cannot do that anymore.

The chicken is extremely greasy, every time you touch it you get covered in oil. The skin now has a grainy texture to it, the mashed potatoes have no real flavor and the prices are insane. 20 dollars for 8 pieces is unacceptable.

Compared to Japanese KFC it is night and day, over there the food is better, the service is spectacular and the restaurants are not just clean but sparkling.

Here however the food is disgusting, the service is terrible (waited nearly 5 minutes at the drive-thru before they asked for my order) and the cleanliness is terrible. But worst of all everything is nearly twice the price or even three times the price as a KFC in the heart of the largest city on earth.

There are no excuses for this, if the management of KFC cannot solve these issues the company will cease to exist within...
